New Moon Solar Eclipse in Cancer.

The New Moon Solar Eclipse in Cancer forms an opposition to both the Sun and Moon to Pluto in Capricorn.

Today we have a partial solar eclipse at 20’41 Cancer.  This eclipse is the first in the Cancer/Capricorn polarity series! What is activated or brought to Light for you right now can give you insight into the next 19 months. The effects of the Eclipse can last up to six months. The energy being brought forth will be one of family, home life and career and work life, most importantly finding a healthy balance between them both. Look in your chart to see if either of the signs are present, it will give you a clue on what to work and focus your New Moon intentions on!

So not only do we have a New Moon Solar Eclipse in Cancer, we have the Sun opposing Pluto and then the New Moon opposing Pluto.This opposition happens once a year. Therefore it is important for us to understand that we may not be to familiar with this combination of energies. To add into the mix, all these energies we will experience will be intensified by the New Moon solar eclipse! This opposition of power will creating a potent clash between our conscious self and  the Lord of transformation. Happy Full moon day! Today we have the Full Moon at 8 Sagittarius. A Full Moon traditionally represents a time when the Sun and Moon are at 180 degrees of one and other, when the Sun illuminates the Moon to make it Full and bright. It’s the mid way point of a lunar cycle, if you can think back to the New Moon we had on May 15th. The Sun and Uranus align in Aries.

The Moon moves into Gemini.

Today I can say that some of you won’t feel as stable or even steady on your feet .Several things come together today that brings a restlessness energy about it, that results in this lack of stability about the day. First we have the Moon who is now in Gemini. Gemini who is curious by nature, loves intellectual stimulation and being social, but can be immature and lack empathy which comes across as shallow and cold. Secondly, the Sun and Uranus align in the sign of Aries this morning, causing  interruptions and disruptions in our normal way of life and thinking and can turn us in new directions.

Today will make for an intellectual and stimulating day especially in regards to change. Today to get out of a rut you  may find yourself in, throw your energy into something you are curious about or make it a day to catch up on paperwork or catch up with an old trustworthy friend.

The Sun cojoins Uranus in Aries. Making it the wild card of the sky and very powerful today. This alignment of our ego and our inner rebel will help us release our inner self and make for a liberating few days! Today also marks the beginning a year-long conversation between them both. The Great Awakener and revolutionary planet helps us into a new cycle that will revolutionize our self.  This is going to be great for change, self awakening, revolution and rebellion. Not to mention Chiron moving into Aries we will be full steam ahead in our own personal development. However with all this Aries energy around we must pull yourself back into line, especially as Aries is ruled by Mars as we can tend to be too impulsive, selfish and reactivate. Full Moon in Scorpio 2017.

On the 10th May , 2017 we will experience a Full Moon in the sign of Scorpio. The Full Moon as we Know happens once a month. It’s when the Sun and Moon are both at 180o apart and the Sun fully illuminates the Moon with its light. The Moon is at a completion point and reflects the light and showers its energy on us. The Full Moon always has an effect on us no matter who you are.

The Sun will be in Taurus and the Moon will be in Scorpio.

The Sun in Taurus will be at 20 degrees. Taurus is a very practical, earthy grounded sign. In numerology 20 breaks down to 2 and the number 2 is all about relationships and love! The Sun is experiencing this energetically along with all the other Taurus energy which also happens to be about love,relationships, practicality, finances and appearances. So this Taurus energy is also being thrown onto the Moon.

The Moon is sitting in the sign of Scorpio, which is also sitting at 20 degrees. The Moon will shower down on us Scorpio energy. Scorpio is a water sign, its intuitive, creative and emotionally intelligent. Scorpio is not afraid of exploring the dark side, its ruled by Pluto who is about transformation. Use the Scorpio energy to help bring any and all issue to surface. This Full Moon will support and help you and others with your emotionally understanding and help you both to have acceptance to what you are saying without the judgement. You will become open-minded and listen. So make the time, make an effort, wine and dine each other and bring out your inner god or goddess.

The Moon goes into Capricorn and sextiles the Sun in Pisces. We are seeing a total change of pace today, we are going from Fire to and Air to Earth and Water. This means, unlike yesterday when we were driven with passion today we will be led by our emotions and feelings. Today will be great for intuitive people, people who guide their life be tapping into their intuition and so should we, BE guided by those gut feelings and how things and situations make you feel. The best way is to meditate and listen to your guidance, especially when it comes to taking actions! Today if you really feel out what feels right you can’t go wrong today.

If you think about it, its really amazing how the Moon has a profound effect on the Earth, the gravity it generates is powerful enough to stir up and move water in our oceans , causing high and low tides.

The revolution of the Moon around the Earth makes the Moon appear as if it is changing shape and colour in the sky, but as we all know the Moon doesn’t generate any light itself,  its illuminating glow  is just the reflection of the light caused by the different angle of the Sun, in which we see as the bright part on the Moon’s surface.

The moon is our closest neighbor in space, and the moon has a profound effect on the Earth and on the human imagination. The moon & its phases were understood as early as 500 BC by the Greeks.  The shadow it cast is dark enough to obscure our sun in a solar eclipse. Its brilliance can illuminate a traveler’s path on a long winter’s night.

Being aware of the moon and seasonal changes has always been important to those who choose to focus the lunar energy on their goals and objectives, the moon cycles were used to keep track of seasons, and thus designated different agricultural markers.
