The Moon moves into Taurus.

The Taurus Moon then trines  Venus is in Capricorn.

The Moon sextiles Neptune in Pisces.

The Moon moves into the grounded sign of Taurus. Taurus is the bull and is ruled by Venus who rules over beauty , love and money. Today when you awake you will feel grounded and search for the inner beauty not only within yourself but in your surroundings.The Taurus Moon then trines Venus is in Capricorn. This harmonious connection to its ruling planet makes for a romantic and easy-going day! The Moon is in Sagittarius.

Neptune in Pisces forms a square aspect the Moon in Sagittarius.

The Moon still continues through Sagittarius guiding and encouraging us to seek or expand our understanding of the world around us, whether it be through booking a trip, going in nature or watching a documentary on you tube. The world is you oyster make the most of it and your new spark of excitement for life.

Neptune will also form a square aspect the Moon. This harsher energy means we are more sensitive and get hurt easily. This is because you are extremely emotionally sensitive and this in turn can bring strange feelings or experiences that leave you questioning reality and your vulnerability. It would be wise to remember during this transit that chances are that you are not perceiving things correctly, your emotions and feelings are all over the shop, so it makes this evening the perfect time to retreat and have some alone time. Take a nap, run a bath or get lost in your favorite TV show.

Today you may have a clear sense of your own wisdom, but remember that not everyone sees the world through your eyes. It’s not a day to push people s limits and beliefs. Today if you can practice some self-control and patience may learn something new and unexpected.

Full Moon Lunar eclipse in Leo.

Early this morning and late last night while you were sleeping the second eclipse of the month, a Full Moon lunar eclipse occurred. Lunar Eclipses are just like regular Full Moon only stronger, its effects will be felt for the next 6 months. During this Full Moon lunar eclipse, we are offered a unique opportunity to reset our emotions along with a chance to clear away much discomfort or old energy from recent months. Think back over the past few months? Can you see a past issue or problem that clearly has seemed beyond view until now? Open your eyes, you may be surprised at what you have missed over the past few months that is now so clearly obvious.

This month’s Full Moon is in the playful sign of Leo. A Full Moon traditionally is when the Sun and the Moon are at 180 degrees of each other, this mean the Sun in Aquarius forms an opposition with the Moon in Leo. A Full Moon is a completion point of the Luna cycle. As it is completely illuminated with light, it showers us with not only Luna but solar energy. Lunar Eclipse’s interrupt this recharging of the Moon that is why eclipses are so powerful, important and its effects last six months.

This Full Moon in Leo will be fiery, energetic, charged and upbeat! This Moon will also be a Super Moon, meaning it appears much larger to our naked eye here on earth. The total lunar eclipse at 0 degrees Leo will mark the half way point of the current Eclipse season we are in. We had a partial Solar eclipse in Capricorn on 5th January, 2019. Eclipse are basically a radical time of change, growth and healing, and this Eclipse lines up with the North Node which is all about our destiny and karma.

This month, the Sun is in Aquarius at 0 degrees. It will be focused mainly on service to humanity. Aquarius is looking to the future and learning about how it can make life better for everyone as a whole. Its focus is at a more of a local point, its intelligent, witty, loves technology and its advancement. Aquarius asks “how can I be of service to others”. It’s interested in learning and making positive, radical change. This energy will be illuminating and charging up the beautiful Moon this month!

The Moon represent the most sensitive parts of us, it’s all about who we are and how we feel. The Moon is sitting at 0 degrees in Leo. In Leo, our inner child or your internal feelings are magnified and heightened! You want to explore, you want to feel alive, you are self-motivated and life becomes 10 shades of dramatic. You will find that you want to harness your power, you will get a much-needed cosmic confidence boost. The Moon is in Pisces.

Venus in Scorpio semisextiles Jupiter in Sagittarius.

As we awake this morning, the Moon is in dreamy Pisces, making it a little harder to get out of bed and  a bit less productive than you normally could be, not the best news for your boss. The Moon spends most of the day in Pisces so we can expect to be more creative, intuitive and sensitive. Day dream big today, have a nap if you find time or go and have some “You” time to recharge yourself from all the busyness of life. Pisces Moon day’s however are not so good for anything mentally or physical, oh and watch out for being overly sensitive and moody, no one likes arguments or drama at this joyful time of year.

On a more uplifting note, Venus in Scorpio semisextiles Jupiter in Sagittarius. Bringing together the planet of luck and abundance with the plant of beauty and love. With these two powerful planets aligning, it means there is great potential to have a great day. A day to get out and socialize, take your partner on a date, catch up with friends. If the energy of the Pisces Moon hasn’t made you susceptible to sleepiness and needing some separation from others, go out and  have some fun, get into the festivities of Christmas and enjoy life today.

New Moon in Sagittarius

New Moon in Sagittarius 2018.

Last week we had a New Moon on Friday, December 7th, in the sign of Sagittarius.

The Sun and Moon conjunct each at 15 degrees and 7 minutes, which created the darkness of the New Moon. This New Moon occurs in the flamboyant sign of Sagittarius. Sagittarius is represented by the Centaur. This New Moon will be not only recharging but pulling in the traits of Sagittarius! The energy is that of the Archer, the optimistic, eager to learn, to explore, is enthusiastic, honest, independent and adventurous. This New Moon is in the fiery, mutable adventurous Sagittarius, and we all know Sagittarius love fresh starts and new beginning. It is a time to align yourself with the New Moon energy, to feel whats energy is being pulled in by the Moon and in this case, its optimistic, fun-loving, happy, adventurous, philosophical and helpful energy of Sagittarius.

It’s a New Moon, so pull it in energy, channel it, meditate on it, journal it and it will give you ideas, dreams for the future. It is the light at the end of tunnel we have been waiting for. We have the chance to make our dreams become reality in the most positive way.

The Sun in Scorpio is moving towards a semi-square to Saturn in Capricorn.

The Moon moves out of Capricorn and into Aquarius.

As you wake up today, the morning energy building may leave you feeling anxious and stressed! As the Sun in Scorpio is moving towards a semi-square to Saturn in Capricorn! As this building tension and friction is arising between our conscious self and the lord of karma and master teacher we will be faced with conflicting and harsher energies!Responsibility along with frustrations and limitations will arise today leaving us feeling unsettled. The key for today is to breath and mindful! This is not a day to be controlling however it is a day to control your own reactions and responses so that you are able to answer reasonably rather than react in situations you face.

The Moon moves out of Capricorn and into Aquarius. Meaning we will start to detach from society, old patterns of thinking and feeling and what people call the “Norm”. Break out of your normal routines and unhealthy patterns that hold you back. Engage with the unusual or misunderstood today, as it will help you to open up surprise conversations and activities. Happy New Moon Day!

A New Moon in Scorpio November 7th, 2018.

As we wake up today we will be entering the darkest point of the Lunar Phase a New Moon. This New Moon in Scorpio is sitting with Jupiter, mere hours before the planet leaves Scorpio and enters Sagittarius which won’t happen again is for over a decade. Traditionally a New Moon is when the Sun and Moon join together. They both will be sitting on each other in 15 degrees Scorpio. A New Moon in our sky looks completely dark, it’s black & the Moon is making herself invisible as the Sun’s rays overtake, she is taking a meditation break and recharging. This month the Moon is recharging itself for the next Luna cycle in the sassy sign of Scorpio. This time of the Luna cycle is all about stopping focusing inward and pulling the energy in and revaluation where yin your life needs changing and working about making a list of changes or intentions you want to plant for the next month. Mercury moves out of Scorpio and into Sagittarius.

The Moon moves into Leo.

Today’s big news is Mercury leaves the depths of Scorpio behind and enters Sagittarius. Mercury is the communication planet that rules over our mental realm especially focusing on the way we communicate, make plans and think! This new placement will shift the conscious mind and intellect from water to fire, yin to yang, depths to greet heights. Sagittarius is represented by the Archer, the explorer, which means our possibilities are endless while Mercury is traveling here. When Mercury is in Sagittarius we tend to find our energy is more focused on a mission, we seek experiences that broaden our horizon, we follow our dreams and reach goals. The mind wants to grow beyond its boundaries and limits. The way we think and communicate will be very forward thinking. You’ll notice that Mercury prefers to observe the grains of sand and that Sagittarius will see the box of sand, aka the bigger picture. Sagittarius loves to travel, they are the great philosopher, the teacher, they thrive on learning, exploring and expanding. However it’s important to note that the less favourable traits of Sagittarius, especially now the communication planet is in play! We may overstep or forget where the line is and say things that may offend others. Sagittarius is blunt, saying exactly what’s on its mind, you may think you what you are is reasonable and normal but others could take great offend to. The Moon in Libra forms a square to Saturn in Capricorn. The Moon in Libra is very sociable and creates or tries to create a harmonious and balanced atmosphere, its goal is make everyone get along and reduce stress especially in relationships, as it forms this square to Saturn in Capricorn there is gong to be some friction between socializing and work and meeting your own needs and reaching personal goals. The Sun in Scorpio trines the Moon in Cancer. The Sun in Scorpio represents our identity, saying this… our inner energy is more intense, emotional and we feel more inclined to seek out hidden truths no matter the cost. The Moon however, is all about our emotional feelings, and in its home sign of Cancer that means that part of us that loves to nurture, be connected to family, to love, along with our intuitive and sensitive side and will be the emotions/energies strongest felt today.

Mercury conjuncts the lucky planet Jupiter. So today there will be a large focus on the way you communicate with others and how you communicate will determine how you bring about luck and expansion into your life and into theirs. This Mercury/Jupiter conjunction also inspires optimism, hope and a hint of excitement. Today is a unique day! It’s going to be all about forgiveness and healing. Negative emotions such as frustration, jealously, anger and tempers will flare up today especially in regards to authority figures such as your boss, manager or family members. Don’t let yourself be effected by the limiting and rejecting feelings that may arise from the built up influences of Saturn and Mars, let your desire of finishing goals and ripping down restrictions and old beliefs be the drive you need today.  This is not a winning or overly pleasant transit and the best approach now is a not be over defensive but flexible especially if are feeling more resistance, just know everyone around you is being influenced the same so if tempers arise de-escalate the mood quickly even if you know you have not done a thing to feel someone else wrath.
