Mercury in Capricorn squares Mars in Aries.

The Moon is n Aquarius.

Last week Mercury the planet that rules they way we think and communicate entered the serious sign of Capricorn. Today as Mars and Mercury square each other there will be tension and friction felt in the way we handle and communicate with others. Mars represents our inner warrior, it’s the planet that represent action. It also at times can be aggressive, fiery, impulsive and argumentative. This is especially true as Mars is in its home sign of feisty Aires, so don’t be to surprised if today you find yourself going from 0 to 100 with frustration in regards to the way you think and communicate. This aspect is great if you need a confidence boost or a need to assert yourself but be warned do so with awareness. Avoid heated conflict and being impulsive, and at the same time try to be quick to forgive those who come across too quick to argue or draw to mislead  conclusion.

The Moon is still in the quirky sign of Aquarius, meaning you will internally be able to think objectively. You will have the ability to overcome most obstacles this Mercury/Mars aspect throws at you with a fair and just mind. However with such a quick-witted mind you must watch out and think things thoroughly before you open your mouth, otherwise it may cost you today friends.

Mercury Enters Sagittarius.

Mercury the communication planet leaves the depth of Scorpio behind to enter into Sagittarius. Mercury teaches us how to think and what to think about. The energy now will be shifting from shining the light within to getting on your bike and cursing along. Sagittarius is all about looking at the horizon and it doesn’t particularly do very well with the details of the here and now. Mercury rules over our thought process, our communication, travel, documentation, ideas and our general mental realm. It teaches us through words, thoughts, and conversations. So make sure you dot the I and cross the T. Remember to pay attention to what’s in front of you, own your responsibilities instead of running away. Don’t always believe the grass is greener on the other side

Mercury will remain in this free-thinking sign until January 4th, 2019. Over the next few weeks expect your attitude, communication, thinking and ideas to expand with optimism and excitement. Mercury moves out of Scorpio and into Sagittarius.

The Moon moves into Leo.

Today’s big news is Mercury leaves the depths of Scorpio behind and enters Sagittarius. Mercury is the communication planet that rules over our mental realm especially focusing on the way we communicate, make plans and think! This new placement will shift the conscious mind and intellect from water to fire, yin to yang, depths to greet heights. Sagittarius is represented by the Archer, the explorer, which means our possibilities are endless while Mercury is traveling here. When Mercury is in Sagittarius we tend to find our energy is more focused on a mission, we seek experiences that broaden our horizon, we follow our dreams and reach goals. The mind wants to grow beyond its boundaries and limits. The way we think and communicate will be very forward thinking. You’ll notice that Mercury prefers to observe the grains of sand and that Sagittarius will see the box of sand, aka the bigger picture. Sagittarius loves to travel, they are the great philosopher, the teacher, they thrive on learning, exploring and expanding. However it’s important to note that the less favourable traits of Sagittarius, especially now the communication planet is in play! We may overstep or forget where the line is and say things that may offend others. Sagittarius is blunt, saying exactly what’s on its mind, you may think you what you are is reasonable and normal but others could take great offend to. The Moon enters Gemini.

Mercury enters Cancer.

By the time you wake up this morning, the Moon enters curious, lighthearted Gemini. When the Moon is in  Gemini we want to be out and about engaging in social interactions, probing for interesting conversations and keeping your mind busy.

Mercury the planet of communication and our thought process leaves the light-hearted energy of Gemini behind and enters Cancer. Shifting our mind and intellect from intellect to emotion and from air to water. Mercury in Cancer heightens our connection between our thoughts and emotions.We become very nurturing and sensitive in our communication and thinking.Over the coming weeks, you will think more about feelings, talk more about your feelings, you will look for and offer emotional support. You will be all wrapped up in emotions with a major focus on family, home life, relationships and your inner wanting. However, we can be so wrapped up in emotions that we may project a particular emotion more than the others, like jealously, possessiveness, being stuck in a past relationship, digging up past hurts and not seeing the future for the wonderful potential it holds.  Mercury will remain in Cancer until July 29th, so expect to be sensitive, emotional and Moody! The Moon is in Pisces.

Today both Mercury and the Sun in Gemini square Neptune. This will stir up some tense energy and cause friction between our logical mind, our intuition and our awareness of life as a whole. Today clarity will not be as clear as we want it to be, and this clarity we seek wont be so forthcoming over the next few days. With the Sun in chatty Gemini and Mercury in play there is a lot you want to say and logically discus, but Neptune does not support such understanding.Watch as confusion and lack of clarity may be expressed in conversations all around you. Today it would probably be best to wait before speaking your mind especially in regards to sensitive issues. That means don’t rush into anything that involves trying to explain yourself or your position.

On a positive note today, expect the most unexpected and interesting conversations and ideas. With the Moon still in Pisces, its dreamy energy joins along with and Neptune energy to support your dreams, mysticism and intuition. Venus in Cancer opposes retrograde Pluto in Capricorn.

The Moon is in Pisces.

Today by the time the day gets underway the Moon has entered dreamy Pisces. Do not be fooled by this laid back and passive energy as we have a lot of  interplanetary relationships forming creating a build up of intense energy.

The Sun in Gemini aligns with Mercury in Gemini. These pair also quincunx Retrograde Jupiter in Scorpio. Shortly after this they form a powerfully stressful and anxious opposition from Venus to Pluto. Pay attention to what you say and what is said to you when Gemini, Mercury and Pluto are involved make sure you understand what is bubbling beneath the words. Today with the Sun and Mercury combining energy it is an important day for insights, solutions, communication, information, and aha moments.

Venus in Cancer opposes retrograde Pluto in Capricorn. This opposition will creating some friction and unwanted tension between the planet that rules over relationships and love and the lord of transformation. This opposition will be deep, intense and passionate but watch out as it can unearth power struggles, igniting power play and control dynamics in your personal loving relationships and your finances. Also look out for jealous streaks, being possessive and manipulating others or being manipulated to get ones needs fulfilled.Keep this issue in mind for today. Mercury in Gemini semisextiles Uranus in Taurus. linking our mind and communication with the rebel of the sky and the revolutionist in expansive ways! Mercury and Uranus join together is great for those who need insights, for the dots to connect in your mind and those much-needed aha moments.What a beautiful day to expand the way we think.

The key for today is to really pay attention to the people we meet, the conversations we have and any repetitive thoughts that come our way as much could be being reveled to us.

In the early hours of this mornings, this opposition of Mercury to Jupiter means that we must pay attention to what should and shouldn’t be said or what should and shouldn’t be openly expressed. Once the day is in full swing that won’t be a problem but just remember we could have a case of foot in mouth and be left saying what you didn’t mean to say.

The Moon remains in Virgo, once again we are left to focus on our health, work, organisation and fine tuning our daily routines and provides us with a smooth, effective day.
