Uranus enters Taurus.

 The New Moon in Pisces.

What a big day astrologically speaking we have today, between Uranus entering Taurus and the Pisces New Moon, this is a powerhouse of a day. The biggest news I will focus on today is Uranus’ movement into grounded earthy Taurus. As Uranus moves out of fiery Aries and into grounded Taurus, we will experience a shift from the rebel, the revolutionary and Great Awakener. Energy slowly shifts from fire to earth, and from a more activating to stabilizing energy. This anticipated event is one of the biggest focuses of 2019. Uranus will remain in Taurus until 2025.

Uranus moves very slowly and as it enters the new sign of Taurus you know there are big changes coming in the area of the chart that holds Taurus. I seen a great quote today, “Uranus governs chaos theory and is the reason why astrology can’t be 100% accurate 100% of the time, or words to that effect “. Such a great quote especially seeing this great transitional time we are going, a New Moon, Mercury retrograde and Uranus entering Taurus.

Uranus is the planet of unpredictably, its freedom, its liberation, and rebellion. It governs undeniable change in our life and Universe. It’s a great idea to look in your natal chart on where Taurus sits  in your chart. This will give you a clue to see where you will experience this change or unpredictability.  Now with Uranus in Taurus, we can look forward to or undergo changes in how we enjoy ourselves, how we arrange our things, beauty, art and all life’s pleasure, money and what we own.

Uranus in Taurus makes for an interesting combo, as Uranus is about change and Taurus is about constancy and stability. During this transition we will be awakened into seeing the bigger picture especially in regards to our finances, abundance and our values. Pay attention to what issues or what is shifting in the areas that Taurus rules over.

Because Mercury has just stationed retrograde yesterday, and today Uranus changes signs.We can expect to have random, somewhat unpredictable and possible mayhem theme surrounding our life. There can be some instability, unpredictability and a clear lack of  judgment with these big powerhouse planets shifting this week. Just be wise in your thinking, communication and interactions with others until the energy has settled.

Today we have a New Moon occurring in the dreamy sign of Pisces. Pisces rules over creativity, arts, dreaming, spirituality and imagination. This sensitive water sign will help us to awaken our spiritual awareness, as well as our creative side and our compassion for others and life. This New Moon in Pisces is all about a beautiful new beginning.

It’s your chance to think big and speak up! Its New Moon wishing time and its all about taking some time out, to self reflect and to set a new intentions. Plant seeds of opportunity you want to grow over the next Luna cycle. This New Moon is your opportunity to clear away the blocks and to become a magnet for receiving. New Moon in Aquarius.

By Monday afternoon, we will have a New Moon in Aquarius. This marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle. New Moo;s traditionally are about a fresh new start. A time to sit down and write down goals or changes you wish to manifest over the next month. It’s a time to plant seeds of intention to grow. This New Moon will be pulling in lots of Aquarius energy as the Sun and Moon conjunct each other they are both at 15 degrees of each other, to us down on earth the Moon is pitch black and recharging itself for the lunar cycle ahead.  Aquarius is an Air sign, it’s the sign of the humanitarian, its social and independent. It’s focus is about the bigger picture and connecting with others. Aquarius energy is about focusing on others to make changes for the greater good. Creativity and innovation are some key words when we think about Aquarius.

The New Moon is at fifteen degrees. Fifteen degrees in numerology breaks down to six, six is a door way or a temporary opportunity that opens up for us so what better time to plan for the future and make changes. Aquarius rules information, technology, communication, ideas, practicality and inventing. It’s about taking our ideas and making them reality. This New Moon open up your mind, think collectively and brain storm ideas how you can make positive change to those around you.

Aquarius is at once fiercely independent and yet extremely socially minded. The Aquarius New Moon forms a harmonious sextile aspect to expansive and abundant happy Jupiter. This is great news for us as whatever we set our intentions or wishes to will turn to gold.

The Moon is in Sagittarius.

Neptune in Pisces forms a square aspect the Moon in Sagittarius.

The Moon still continues through Sagittarius guiding and encouraging us to seek or expand our understanding of the world around us, whether it be through booking a trip, going in nature or watching a documentary on you tube. The world is you oyster make the most of it and your new spark of excitement for life.

Neptune will also form a square aspect the Moon. This harsher energy means we are more sensitive and get hurt easily. This is because you are extremely emotionally sensitive and this in turn can bring strange feelings or experiences that leave you questioning reality and your vulnerability. It would be wise to remember during this transit that chances are that you are not perceiving things correctly, your emotions and feelings are all over the shop, so it makes this evening the perfect time to retreat and have some alone time. Take a nap, run a bath or get lost in your favorite TV show.

Today you may have a clear sense of your own wisdom, but remember that not everyone sees the world through your eyes. It’s not a day to push people s limits and beliefs. Today if you can practice some self-control and patience may learn something new and unexpected.

Mercury in Capricorn squares Mars in Aries.

The Moon is n Aquarius.

Last week Mercury the planet that rules they way we think and communicate entered the serious sign of Capricorn. Today as Mars and Mercury square each other there will be tension and friction felt in the way we handle and communicate with others. Mars represents our inner warrior, it’s the planet that represent action. It also at times can be aggressive, fiery, impulsive and argumentative. This is especially true as Mars is in its home sign of feisty Aires, so don’t be to surprised if today you find yourself going from 0 to 100 with frustration in regards to the way you think and communicate. This aspect is great if you need a confidence boost or a need to assert yourself but be warned do so with awareness. Avoid heated conflict and being impulsive, and at the same time try to be quick to forgive those who come across too quick to argue or draw to mislead  conclusion.

The Moon is still in the quirky sign of Aquarius, meaning you will internally be able to think objectively. You will have the ability to overcome most obstacles this Mercury/Mars aspect throws at you with a fair and just mind. However with such a quick-witted mind you must watch out and think things thoroughly before you open your mouth, otherwise it may cost you today friends.

New Moon Solar Eclipse in Capricorn 2019.

Happy New Year! This weekend brings our first New Moon for the 2019! New Moons are all about setting intentions for the next Luna cycle…This New Moon is at 15° Capricorn. To make it extra special, it will be a partial solar eclipse. A solar eclipse is practically the same as a New Moon, when the Moon passes between Earth and the Sun and is darkened. However, a Solar Eclipse is more powerful because the Moon darkens the Sun.  This Solar Eclipse in January 2019 astrology speaking means we will feel its effects for six months, unlike a New Moon which energy is felt for the coming month. New Moons are all about a fresh new start, and what a perfect time to begin as it is the new year to set practical intentions you want to achieve over the coming few months.

The Moon and the Sun are both in Capricorn sitting both 15 degrees. The Moon is pitch black at this point and its recharging itself for the new Luna cycle ahead. This month it is recharging itself and pulling in lots of with Capricorn energy. Capricorn is represented by the goat, it’s an earth sign that is hardworking, practical and takes each step in life carefully. Capricorn strives to get to the top, its ambitious, its leader, it takes charge. Capricorn is responsible as it is ruled by Saturn that Master teacher planet responsible for hard work , teaching and life lessons.

As the Moon represents our inner self, we will go internally and reflect on what opportunities are awaiting us for 2019 and what practical actions you can take to reach these opportunists to make your life better. Remember the seeds of opportunity we plant now will last for six months!

Now that we are in Capricorn season,  it is about taking any visions/goals/dreams and making them practical.. Its time make a plan, plants seeds of intention, set goals. Its time to really put in the hard work and make it real!

This is the ideal time to make a fresh start, it is also a great time for a life review! It is a time to self reflect and to question your old ways of living, your old habits and behaviors. As I have mentioned the New Moon in Capricorn is practical and very willing to put in the hard-yards to achieve goals. Its hardworking and organised. This month incorporate these energies into your New Moon wish list. Plant seeds of abundance and prosperity. Whether it is in the form of your career, your home, perhaps starting a family, starting a business, organisation of your daily routine or achieving your dream job! Capricorn does not give up, it forges ahead no matter the obstacle! The grounded energy of this sign means we wont give up, so if you come across challenges such as your creative or business plans efforts don’t immediately kick off, don’t get frustrated, think long-term and remember this New Moon will keep you focused and determined. keep your eye on the prize and remember all the hard work you put in now will pay off when the time is right!

Slow and steady wins the race, the goat doesn’t sprint to the top of a mountain it is prepared for the long hall marathon to get to the top. Do not get frustrated and stressed over the trivial small things, think about your long-term goals. Start off small, write down practical achievable goals that will help thrust you into your dreams. Think about were you want to be in  six months?

These  first few weeks of January are a perfect time to set your intentions not only just for this Luna cycle, but also a ripple for the year 2019 ahead.

The Moon is in Pisces.

Venus in Scorpio semisextiles Jupiter in Sagittarius.

As we awake this morning, the Moon is in dreamy Pisces, making it a little harder to get out of bed and  a bit less productive than you normally could be, not the best news for your boss. The Moon spends most of the day in Pisces so we can expect to be more creative, intuitive and sensitive. Day dream big today, have a nap if you find time or go and have some “You” time to recharge yourself from all the busyness of life. Pisces Moon day’s however are not so good for anything mentally or physical, oh and watch out for being overly sensitive and moody, no one likes arguments or drama at this joyful time of year.

On a more uplifting note, Venus in Scorpio semisextiles Jupiter in Sagittarius. Bringing together the planet of luck and abundance with the plant of beauty and love. With these two powerful planets aligning, it means there is great potential to have a great day. A day to get out and socialize, take your partner on a date, catch up with friends. If the energy of the Pisces Moon hasn’t made you susceptible to sleepiness and needing some separation from others, go out and  have some fun, get into the festivities of Christmas and enjoy life today.

New Moon in Sagittarius

New Moon in Sagittarius 2018.

Last week we had a New Moon on Friday, December 7th, in the sign of Sagittarius.

The Sun and Moon conjunct each at 15 degrees and 7 minutes, which created the darkness of the New Moon. This New Moon occurs in the flamboyant sign of Sagittarius. Sagittarius is represented by the Centaur. This New Moon will be not only recharging but pulling in the traits of Sagittarius! The energy is that of the Archer, the optimistic, eager to learn, to explore, is enthusiastic, honest, independent and adventurous. This New Moon is in the fiery, mutable adventurous Sagittarius, and we all know Sagittarius love fresh starts and new beginning. It is a time to align yourself with the New Moon energy, to feel whats energy is being pulled in by the Moon and in this case, its optimistic, fun-loving, happy, adventurous, philosophical and helpful energy of Sagittarius.

It’s a New Moon, so pull it in energy, channel it, meditate on it, journal it and it will give you ideas, dreams for the future. It is the light at the end of tunnel we have been waiting for. We have the chance to make our dreams become reality in the most positive way.

The Sun in Scorpio is moving towards a semi-square to Saturn in Capricorn.

The Moon moves out of Capricorn and into Aquarius.

As you wake up today, the morning energy building may leave you feeling anxious and stressed! As the Sun in Scorpio is moving towards a semi-square to Saturn in Capricorn! As this building tension and friction is arising between our conscious self and the lord of karma and master teacher we will be faced with conflicting and harsher energies!Responsibility along with frustrations and limitations will arise today leaving us feeling unsettled. The key for today is to breath and mindful! This is not a day to be controlling however it is a day to control your own reactions and responses so that you are able to answer reasonably rather than react in situations you face.

The Moon moves out of Capricorn and into Aquarius. Meaning we will start to detach from society, old patterns of thinking and feeling and what people call the “Norm”. Break out of your normal routines and unhealthy patterns that hold you back. Engage with the unusual or misunderstood today, as it will help you to open up surprise conversations and activities. Happy New Moon Day!

A New Moon in Scorpio November 7th, 2018.

As we wake up today we will be entering the darkest point of the Lunar Phase a New Moon. This New Moon in Scorpio is sitting with Jupiter, mere hours before the planet leaves Scorpio and enters Sagittarius which won’t happen again is for over a decade. Traditionally a New Moon is when the Sun and Moon join together. They both will be sitting on each other in 15 degrees Scorpio. A New Moon in our sky looks completely dark, it’s black & the Moon is making herself invisible as the Sun’s rays overtake, she is taking a meditation break and recharging. This month the Moon is recharging itself for the next Luna cycle in the sassy sign of Scorpio. This time of the Luna cycle is all about stopping focusing inward and pulling the energy in and revaluation where yin your life needs changing and working about making a list of changes or intentions you want to plant for the next month. With saying that, we need to be careful and oversee how much we act on our impulses, our energy is chaotic and we may feel rushed into making decisions and with Uranus energy into the mix you can expect the unexpected, expect a spanner in the works or a sudden change in your direction. Perhaps it’s not the best day to make profound decisions until you know or are clear on what you really want. It’s a day for contemplation and review. Jupiter grows, expands and is the Midas touch, making anything it touches abundant, while its transit through Scorpio over the past 12 months, Jupiter has tried to teach us how to shed old skins and beliefs so that we might get closer to our own sources of power. Where our intention goes energy flows!

The Moon in Libra forms a square to Saturn in Capricorn. The Moon in Libra is very sociable and creates or tries to create a harmonious and balanced atmosphere, its goal is make everyone get along and reduce stress especially in relationships, as it forms this square to Saturn in Capricorn there is gong to be some friction between socializing and work and meeting your own needs and reaching personal goals. Achieving what you want to accomplish is possible and the key to this is using your time wisely today and finding a balance, we get an extra cosmic push from the Libra Moon that will encourage us to go to extra mile to get along and make things work.
