New Moon in Aquarius.

By Monday afternoon, we will have a New Moon in Aquarius. This marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle. New Moo;s traditionally are about a fresh new start. A time to sit down and write down goals or changes you wish to manifest over the next month. It’s a time to plant seeds of intention to grow. This New Moon will be pulling in lots of Aquarius energy as the Sun and Moon conjunct each other they are both at 15 degrees of each other, to us down on earth the Moon is pitch black and recharging itself for the lunar cycle ahead.  Aquarius is an Air sign, it’s the sign of the humanitarian, its social and independent. It’s focus is about the bigger picture and connecting with others. Aquarius energy is about focusing on others to make changes for the greater good. Creativity and innovation are some key words when we think about Aquarius.

The New Moon is at fifteen degrees. Fifteen degrees in numerology breaks down to six, six is a door way or a temporary opportunity that opens up for us so what better time to plan for the future and make changes. Aquarius rules information, technology, communication, ideas, practicality and inventing. It’s about taking our ideas and making them reality. This New Moon open up your mind, think collectively and brain storm ideas how you can make positive change to those around you.

Aquarius is at once fiercely independent and yet extremely socially minded. Being emotionally independent is important for this sign as well as feeling somewhat connected to others, being progressive and objective. If you can detach yourself from the “Norm” this New Moon you will be able to discover and understand the world around you and the changes that you need to make. Your natural abilities to be more social will be important to you this month, exchanging ideas, discussions and communication with others will also be highlighted. New Moon in Sagittarius

New Moon in Sagittarius 2018.

Last week we had a New Moon on Friday, December 7th, in the sign of Sagittarius.

The Sun and Moon conjunct each at 15 degrees and 7 minutes, which created the darkness of the New Moon. This New Moon occurs in the flamboyant sign of Sagittarius. Sagittarius is represented by the Centaur. This New Moon will be not only recharging but pulling in the traits of Sagittarius! The energy is that of the Archer, the optimistic, eager to learn, to explore, is enthusiastic, honest, independent and adventurous. This New Moon is in the fiery, mutable adventurous Sagittarius, and we all know Sagittarius love fresh starts and new beginning. It is a time to align yourself with the New Moon energy, to feel whats energy is being pulled in by the Moon and in this case, its optimistic, fun-loving, happy, adventurous, philosophical and helpful energy of Sagittarius.

It’s a New Moon, so pull it in energy, channel it, meditate on it, journal it and it will give you ideas, dreams for the future. It is the light at the end of tunnel we have been waiting for. We have the chance to make our dreams become reality in the most positive way.

Happy New Moon Day!

A New Moon in Scorpio November 7th, 2018.

As we wake up today we will be entering the darkest point of the Lunar Phase a New Moon. This New Moon in Scorpio is sitting with Jupiter, mere hours before the planet leaves Scorpio and enters Sagittarius which won’t happen again is for over a decade. Traditionally a New Moon is when the Sun and Moon join together. They both will be sitting on each other in 15 degrees Scorpio. A New Moon in our sky looks completely dark, it’s black & the Moon is making herself invisible as the Sun’s rays overtake, she is taking a meditation break and recharging. This month the Moon is recharging itself for the next Luna cycle in the sassy sign of Scorpio. This time of the Luna cycle is all about stopping focusing inward and pulling the energy in and revaluation where yin your life needs changing and working about making a list of changes or intentions you want to plant for the next month. Full Moon Total Lunar Eclipse at 4° Aquarius.

Full Moon blessings, everyone. Today brings us to the big deal a Lunar Eclipse big deal. Today is the Full Moon Total Lunar Eclipse at 4° Aquarius. A Lunar Eclipse always occurs on a Full Moon and is basically an amped-up magnified Full Moon on steroids. This eclipse is extra potent astronomically as it’s the longest total lunar eclipse in the 21st century, how exciting. This Full Moon is known as a Blood Moon and its energy is steering us in a direction of change and progress.

A Full Moon is where the Sun and Moon are sitting at 180 degrees from each other. The Moon is completely illuminated and thus showers us with its Luna energy here on earth. Traditionally a Full Moon is a completion point of the lunar cycle and is when the Moon recharges its batteries. We also experience a burst of strong energy as the Moon is highlighted with the Suns energy and that is why people here on earth can act strange or loony during a Full Moon.a Total Lunar Eclipse, is when  the Earth passes between the Sun & the Moon, the Earth with block the Suns rays from FULLY reaching the Moon, thus the Moon is fully cast within Earth’s shadow.

The Total Lunar Eclipse at 4’44 Aquarius is right smack on aggressive and sharp Mars retrograde on the karmic south node and comes in close contact to rebellious Uranus. These are very volatile energies coming into play. This also means for us we have some MAJOR  intensification of the karmic energies we are working with or through. I wont lie these next few days has the potential to cause emotional distress and detachment as Aquarius energy offers perspective and even indifference or distance if necessary.The difficulties deep rooted in this eclipse may unfold in our personal circumstances or you may watch it unfold in the outer world. Pay attention!

We also have Mars at closest alignment with Earth from July 27th-31st. He will appear to us  the brightest he has been since 2003 and a fun fact Mars will outshine Jupiter by 1.8 times.

Mars Retrograde is going to be a time when many of us are faced with shadow work. It’s main focus and a chance for us to change will be transforming our relationship, within and without of us. Unfortunately these shadow aspects are going to bring up certain dynamics around our ego, anger, jealously, aggression and rage in our personal relationships, but it does give us a chance to bring any underlying issues to light for transformation and change. Watch your temper and the urge to snap at those you love. Remember that trying to be all things to all people vs having real relationships is about finding a balance without giving to much away or alternatively taking to much for others. Aquarius luna energy means we will be more independent and creative whilst seeking change and being service to others.

As I mentioned this eclipse forms a square to Uranus, and Uranus loves to present us with the most unexpected plot twist! Today can be a sense of surprise, shock, or frustration as we get answers or revolutions into the emotions we’re confronted now with the eclipse.This Full Moon eclipse detach from others and your own mind and let go.

Look for the area or house in your chart that holds 4° Aquarius. This will highlight and indicates the area of life that requires a great deal of attention over the coming months. Remember this Eclipse energy can be felt for months after the event has happened. A new story or a change in the story in this area of life will develop from what occurs now. So pay attention.

This Full Moon the energy is steering us in a direction of change and progress. keep your eyes open as you give of yourself to help others. Helping others is the best way to care for yourself. Release what no longer works for you or is holding you down! Breath and let go, try to enjoy this eclipse it truly is a turning point.

Mercury in Cancer sextiles Uranus in Taurus.

Venus moves out of Cancer and into Leo.

We have a lot going on today starting off this morning we begin with Mercury who is currently sitting in sensitive in Cancer forming a sextile aspect to innovative, unearthing and some would say potentially life-changing Uranus. This exciting aspect will help us to link our mind, thoughts and communication with the planet of rebellion and unexpected twist in very unusual ways. Are you suffering symptoms of Mercury Retrograde?

Yes , we are in a Mercury Retrograde

Mercury Retrograde is great at helping bring to our attention those shadow parts of us, parts we may of felt that didn’t need healing. Mercury retrograde is great at highlighting where the healing lies and the truth can be found. In Mercury Retrograde communication, travel, technology, equipment, travel and contracts can be upside down, backwards, misinterpreted, breakdowns and unnecessary disagreements occur.

At work, you can find yourself frustrated even though you’re sure that you’ve explained yourself clearly, people around you do the opposite and your fail-proof computer crashes. You experience equipment and mechanical breakdowns of all types even at home, when out and your car!

Mercury does rule the mind, mental clarity, talking, self-expression so all these over this period can become  unreliable, filled with misinformation where important data is missing or misunderstood. During this period we should watch for too hasty communications as Mercury rules our communications and thought process and well in Aires we can become very direct ,assertive and self-centered. Say what must be said but try to remember to do so with kindness and compassion.

Mercury Retrograde in Aires gives us the courage to take action on something you have struggled with over the past few weeks. What curve balls have you been dealing with over the past month? What repetitive issues seem to be surfacing? Career, a friendship, your living circumstance, a draining relationship?

If you  have found yourself or parts of yourself being exposed, and in order to work on yourself you are stressed you must remember that you also need to love yourself unconditionally. When there is a lot going on give yourself some space, as much as the mind wants order, you will find when too much is going on we get agitated and stressed. When there is times of stress you must remember you are feeling a lot of things, so give yourself some space. Give yourself permission to experience those emotions instead of categorising it, organising it. Just let what needs to be revealed,happen. In these topsy upside and can be dark days of stress and frustration use your energy and see the small joys and blessing in your day. Even though you may be suffering and want to go on strike, see the small happy moments in the day and the lesson in the bad situations! Don’t stuff your feelings away,

The discomfort  and madness we are going through and experience on any level in Mercury Retrograde or not there is a choice to choose love and happiness! You can love someone and be mad, you can be frustrated but still caring, go with the flow, be present to everything that’s going on during this period, and don’t disqualify it because there is discomfort!! It often takes deep courage to admit to your mistakes and it is likely that is a necessary part of the conversation you must have. We all make mistakes, take responsibility and move forward with determination and love.

AQUARIUS NEW MOON, SOLAR ECLIPSE

The Aquarius New Moon and Solar Eclipse at 27° Aquarius.

This New Moon in Aquarius takes place in a month where there is no Full Moon. We just had two Full Moon in January and there will be two Full Moons in March. A month with no Full Moon traditionally  was sometimes referred to as a dark month, or a Black Moon.

The New Moon partial Solar Eclipse is at 27’08 Aquarius. Although Aquarius is an Air sign, she makes connections with Juno and Mercury.  Juno is the ancient goddess of partnerships, love and commitments and Mercury is the planet that rules our mental realm, communication and thought process. This means for us that these areas will be highlight during this New Moon phase.

Lets back track and reflect the Lunar Eclipse that opened the portal on January 31st. Eclipses are in the sign of nodes. Typically Eclipses are always within 18.5 degrees of the node. The North Node aka the lunar eclipse and the South Node aka the solar eclipse. Node’s astrologically speaking are connected with karma and evolution and eclipses are all about change. We have and will  feel the amplification of these energies this month. The North node last month, was in relation to our destined path of growth and evolution and now we have the partial eclipse in the South Node which is to do with our Karma and Karmic patterns.

Eclipse are great at illuminating where change and growth is needed and if we are off our path. It’s about rectifying our actions and doing what is needed to make things whole again. This can seem a burden to some in order to grow and evolve we must something let go of something and someone.To reorient ourselves this upheaval of situations and relationships in our lives is a necessity. To get a more in-depth look, you need to search in your personal natal chart for a deeper answer and a grasp of what these eclipses mean for you personally.

Although Aquarius is usually quite a detached Air sign when it comes to matters of the heart such as feelings, emotions and connections. This eclipse as I mentioned is tightly conjunct with both Juno and Mercury. Soulmates, love and communication will be brought o our attention. Also bringing into focus is not only our personal relationships but partnerships of all kinds romantic, committed, business, financial and otherwise.

Lets have a quick run down on the asteroid. Juno is the wife of Jupiter. Her and Venus share the theme of love and relations but as Venus is all about making connections and attractions , Juno is about soul mates committing to them. Juno is related to soul mates, marriage, long-term relationships and beauty. She is the patron mother of relationships and true love. The energy is feminine, soft and diplomatic.

With the Juno energy closely linked. Romantic relationships will be the main theme at this Eclipse. Yes, this means our romantic self and relationships will be up for review. You may deepen your connection to your special someone, or it can bring to surface that you are both at the highest place you two can journey to and that in order for you to move up you may have to move on.

With Mercury the planet known for ruling communication added into the mix, it is highly possible that this New Moon talk of love, loyalty, devotion, moving in with someone, making plans for the future, romantic holidays, travel and possibility of engagements and marriages will be on the cards. Especially as the New Moon’s energy radiates intensely for a few days, before and after.. Hello Valentines day!

Typically New Moons ignite new beginnings, are a starting point to make changes and manifest what we want to bring into fruition over the next lunar cycle. However, we need to remember that this New Moon is aligned with the South Node so in order to bring into our life our desires, we need to figure out what needs to end or be completed first in order for something new to take hold. With any change we need to remember that we need to work for it!

During this New Moon  Eclipse the veil will be thin, our illusions will be  lifted. This makes it an amazing time to really get to know yourself, seek out your authentic genuine self even if it makes you feel uncomfortable.  This Aquarius New Moon Solar Eclipse carries a positive and loving energy that is going  allow us to awaken to the fact that we are all connected, we all have similar needs and that we all need each other to thrive.

 Capricorn New Moon!

The New Moon occurs in the cardinal earth sign of Capricorns at 26 degrees. This is exciting as this New Moon is commencing a new lunar cycle. This First New Moon and lunar cycle of the year will focus on the constructive traits of grounded Capricorn. It’s a time for us to focus on Capricorn’s positive traits such as being goal orientated, practicality, reliable, disciplined, to focus on our work and career and the foundations and structures in our daily lives.

This Capricorn New Moon occurs tonight at 9:18 PM EST. New Moons are occur when  the Sun and Moon join together, blending their energies. Causing the Moon to be in compete darkness as it joins the Sun and recharges its batteries,as one would say for the next lunar cycle.. This New Moon will be at  27° Capricorn. New Moon traditionally are a time for planting seeds of intention, to manifest your dreams, ambitions, goals and projects. It’s also a time to be looking at the future and setting goals. It’s a time to go inward as we the skies are pitch black, it’s about taking an inventory and taking charge of your life. Figuring out what needs tweaking or what you want to achieve in the future. One of Capricorn’s “lessons” is that we should take on board is acceptance, responsibility, boundaries and that setting goals for ourselves can allow us to focus on what really matters, that rules can actually offer us freedom by eliminating worry and fear.

This New Moon is about releasing worn-out beliefs in mind. Releasing what must happen before you can move ahead. Making room for the new. A new beginning is upon those who choose to make room for change. This New Moon is about becoming more practical and making long-term commitments, goals and change. We have the chance to create some serious order in our lives. The Capricorn energy forces us to recognize our responsibilities, and realistically nurture our dreams and ambitions.

This New Moon aligns with lovely Venus. Than forms a square to Uranus, and sextiles Mars. If there wasn’t a better time for us to realize that we need to break away from old, outdated patterns of thinking and doing so that we can move forward authentically and for our highest best good. Because Venus is involved (like she is in all 3 lunations this month with the Full Moon we had on the 1st, New Moon today and Full Moon Eclipse on 31st). Love, money and relationships (Love, Business and financial partnerships) will be a major  focus for us, especially in regards to transformation and positive change. Venus will also advocate that diplomacy and kindness is the way to move forward with our goals and desires. However Uranus in Aries may not appreciate this softness and feels less comfortable with this idea as it squares the New Moon. This means some of us may tend to lean towards being impulsive and restlessness whilst others are overly focused on security and safety. This New Moon, we may need to master and push past whatever is our particular blockage, whatever makes us feel vulnerable, to gain an edge on our own growth. With wild, unpredictable Uranus in the mix, you may find yourself wanting to move forward but feeling held back by some restrictive outside or inner force. Not to fear, Mars will assist you in finding the will and drive to push through these hurdles and to take action!

Super Full Moon in Caner 2018.

Happy New Year everyone.

A Super Full Moon in Cancer occurs on Monday or Tuesday depending where in the world you live!

A Super Moon isn’t a regular Full Moon. A Super Moon is a Full Moon that is the closet it can be to earth. It appears to us at least 16% larger for us to see. Because it is nearer to the earth its energies along with the Moons effects are felt on a much larger scale. The Moon as we know rules over the tides in the ocean, and with the Moon being bigger and closer to earth the tides will be much larger and powerful and so will our emotions as Cancer ( a water sign) rules the Moon. To add more to the crazy Super Moon energy, we are all made up mostly of water, and most are going to be affected by this much more than usual. The frequencies emanating from the Super Full Moon affect the frequencies of the mental body, our minds, our feelings, emotions and desires. Have you been kept awake all night for no reason? Felt the intense energy of the Full Moon building all week? Having psychic or vivid dreams? People acting strange and unusual? Have you or people you encounter act super over reactive, moody, cry for no reason or are super happy? The Moon can have this effect on many of us!

The Sun (in Capricorn) being the light giver is shinning its light onto the Moon. The Moon than illuminates us with its Luna energy. It also symbolizes we have reached a completion point in the lunar cycle. Everything we have been working towards these past weeks will reach its peak as this Full Moon will just explode with light, love and let everything go that no longer serves a purpose! It showers us with energy of releasement and fulfillment.

A Full Moon occurs when the Cancer Moon at 180 degrees exactly opposes the Capricorn Sun at 180 degrees. The year begun with the focus squarely on family and emotional security. This Super Full Moon is at 11° Cancer. So Cancer energy will be illuminating and shinning its qualities onto us here on earth. Cancer is about nurturing, intuition, families, safety and emotional security. The Cancer-Capricorn polarity ( Being exactly 180 degrees from each other) means that Capricorn quality opposes you and what your interested in at this current moment, but we must find balance. We are more interested in Qualities represented by Cancer such as our private life, our family life, domesticity, our need for a safe loving home, providing and very nurturing versus Capricorn Qualities such as our public life, being super focused on our career, our reputation, stability, practicality and being in the here and now long with accountability. This Full Moon is about balancing our commitment to our career and families. In some ways, you can look at the polarity energies with finding a balance between unconditional love and conditional love. Just a heads up, by neglecting either end of the Capricorn/Cancer axis, this will surely backfire on you. Ideally, we should all try to find a balance between the two energies, and this is what the Super Full Moon invites us to do.

This Super Full Moon in the water sign of Cancer you may notice yourself unusually interested in creating or deepening powerful loving bonds, being over affectionate, wanting to nest in your home, baking, caring for others, being overly sooky and very nurturing to others. Cancer is all about their internal home as well, its internal feelings and emotions, deep analyzing, and even deeper thoughts and self connections. People who have been feeling lost and disconnected from them self-will begin to reconnect with themselves and who they really are. You will find you are searching for attachments and love, placing roots down, being proud and valuing your home and everything and everyone in it.

This sensitive Cancer Moon forms some serious aspects and has sharp conversations with Venus, Saturn, and the Sun. This is suggesting that work and effort is needed to bring what is necessary into focus, especially when writing out what big plans you have for this year along with releasing any blockages holding you back. Full Moons are all about letting go and releasing what no longer serves us. By the time the evening comes around, it brings a lovely Neptune dream state quality that helps you to release and loosen up from the seriousness of the early part of the day and helps us engage in loving dreams of the future.

Furthermore, Something has been building up inside of us, have you felt it? I sure have! This is now the time when we get support from the energy of the cosmos that demands that we let it out. If you can not quite pin point what it is, over the next few weeks, you will get ‘Aha’ and awakening moments to discover what this means for you. Its time to express whats been building up inside. This Cancer Full Moon will align with Venus and then forms a harmonizing aspect Neptune and Mars. Some may express their neediness!! However as needy as we can be under the Cancer influence we may swing from independence to dependence during this  time.

 

This Super Full Moon is really going to illuminate and prompt us to get in touch with our self, with those things in our personal lives that we may have been putting off and neglecting. A real push for self emotional nurturing is the key this Full Moon. Write down what is working and what isn’t and think about what you can do to make change. Set some goal;s for 2018.  We have spent more time focused lately on our  careers, relationships and personal plans as of late, that we have just simply left our emotions unbalanced and on the back burner, not good at all.

Its time for change! We must remember that lots of Light tends to illuminate the darkest shadows of us all , so use this Full Moon to release and let go and make room for change! This Super Full Moon will also reminds us that to truly move forward and evolve as a soul we must deal with and address the past. This is not one of Cancer strong point, sometimes we have a hard time doing so, be kind to yourself if past issue and hurts arise, run yourself a bath, cook a nice meal, watch your favorite movies, get out in nature, put your feet in the sand and ground yourself.

This super, sensitive, nurturing and caring Full Moon is going to be a time for love, romance, fertilization and relationships. What we begun back at the last New Moon is now at a time of culmination and the promise of fulfillment with this Full Super Moon!

Full Moon in Gemini and Mercury Turns Retrograde on 03/12/2017!

Full Moon and Mercury Retrograde December, 2017.

This is the Christmas full Moon and it happens at 11 degrees in Gemini. The Full Moon has building up all month and now its reaches its fullest. It is fully illuminated by the Sun in Sagittarius and  is ready to shine down and share with us all this Gemini/Sadge  energy. Full Moons give us more energy, we get supercharged and we feel there is more going on behind the scenes. Being everything is at 11 degrees ie the Sun/ Moon which interesting, as the Moon is sitting at 11 degrees Gemini and if you look at Gemini its symbol is represented by 11. The number 11 is all about new doors opening, a new chapter, a new beginnings and opportunities, it’s about life changing decisions, marriages, partnership, new doors opening and new jobs.

This Full Moon has some significant energy presented to us this month. Gemini is ruled by Mercury, the planet of communication, our thought process, travel and insight. This Full Moon has a great potential for us to make change in our life and to transform it. If you can picture this Full Moon as a magical door way (like Narnia) Opening us up to a magical new life of manifestations, new beginnings and abundance. Its going to be very impressive, and don’t be surprised by this all as 11:11 brings in the help of our guides, god, the universe, angels, ancestors and guardian angels to help you along the way to get you to the moment of awakening and insight.

The Gemini Full Moon brings full illumination to what occurred at the Scorpio New Moon last month on November 18th, 2017. Take out your New Moon wish book, because whatever your focus was on or whatever you began at the New Moon will now show its results, unless the universe has better plans for you!

Traditionally a Full Moon is a time to express ourselves and to let things out of our systems. Release what no longer serves us or holds us back. Out with the old physical, emotional, spiritual and mental baggage to make room for bigger better things. Of course, however we might want to exercise some care and caution while doing so especially in the way we talk, communicate and process our thoughts. As Mercury did station retrograde on the same day. Which means communications, our thinking and taking in information has the potential to be scrambled or misinterpreted and what is coming out of us may not particularly rational, our dialogue can be misread and the way we communicate could be one-sided or misinterpreted.

The Sun is at 11 degrees in Sagittarius and is 180 degrees away from the Moon illuminating it. The Gemini-Sagittarius polarity axis is some what divergent as Gemini represents our “lower mind” and Sagittarius represents our “higher mind” The Sun in Sagittarius itself is all about a higher learning and understanding. Sagittarius persuades us to think in a far broader manner,we seek mystical knowledge, expand our learning in unconventional ways. We want to connect to the divine and embark on care free adventures. Where as a Gemini encourages us to think logically, practically and factual.

Those of us who are abstract thinkers, this Full Moon is really going life the veil and help up reach that higher self and learning, meditating will be great to connect with these other realms and absorbs new information

The Full Moon is almost exact square to Neptune in Pisces at 11 degrees. Neptune in Pisces is happy, it’s a water sign of dreaming illusion, INTUITION, fantasy, denial and escapism. This can points to confusion, as the Gemini Full Moon wants to be clear, logical with clarity,but when this planet ( Neptune) is involved, it may make things foggy and unclear.

Traditionally Full Moons are about clearing out the clutter, releasing what no longer serves us, gaining clarity and recognition, and Gemini energy especially demands we see reality and logic. Of course with this Neptune’s square to the Moon reality may be hard to see unfortunately. Be smart and grab what information is given to you. If you are in denial and outright avoiding reality or are unsure with what information or situations you are given, retreat, go home snuggle in your safe place and sift through the information that is given. Your guts or “intuition” will let you know whats right for you.

The ruler of this Gemini Moon is Mercury, who may I add just stationed retrograde late last night. Mercury has turned retrograde at 29° Sagittarius. Mercury has a wonderful way to make us return to a past problem or discussion and revise and review, but on a positive note with a critical eye. Communication within yourself and others can be misunderstood and miscommunication, it’s important to keep in mind we are in Mercury Retrograde and that we don’t have the full story and information the same as others are being affected just like us. There are easy ways to survive Mercury Retrograde over the next 3 weeks. Get a notebook and a pen out. Make a list of everything that you have begun but haven’t completed in the past few months, house jobs, issues that have been bugging you, that certain talk with someone you have been avoiding, organisation of your car, work and home, that art piece, your tax, assignments etc.. During the Retrograde, focus on yourself and get to work on accomplish what is on that list! If your mind wonders like me, make sure you accomplish only what is on this list maybe have a reward system in place for when you are done, and hay there is no better feeling than ticking boxes off a to do list.

Remember don’t be afraid, worried, or concerned! Mercury retrograde brings us a great gift, the perfect opportunity to wrap up loose ends and cut cords! The shadow side of Mercury retrograde is that yes travel plans can have hiccups, communication between others can get misinterpreted and lead to problems, appointments booked by yourself, but you turn up and it was never booked in at all, computers and technology can crash,emails and memos can get lost. Anything that Mercury rules over can or may go wrong! Most important don’t be tempted to start new projects, start a new jobs, sign documents (Unless necessary) take on new commitments or commit to new relationships.
