Uranus enters Taurus.

 The New Moon in Pisces.

What a big day astrologically speaking we have today, between Uranus entering Taurus and the Pisces New Moon, this is a powerhouse of a day. The biggest news I will focus on today is Uranus’ movement into grounded earthy Taurus. As Uranus moves out of fiery Aries and into grounded Taurus, we will experience a shift from the rebel, the revolutionary and Great Awakener. Energy slowly shifts from fire to earth, and from a more activating to stabilizing energy. This anticipated event is one of the biggest focuses of 2019. Uranus will remain in Taurus until 2025.

Uranus moves very slowly and as it enters the new sign of Taurus you know there are big changes coming in the area of the chart that holds Taurus. I seen a great quote today, “Uranus governs chaos theory and is the reason why astrology can’t be 100% accurate 100% of the time, or words to that effect “. Such a great quote especially seeing this great transitional time we are going, a New Moon, Mercury retrograde and Uranus entering Taurus.

Uranus is the planet of unpredictably, its freedom, its liberation, and rebellion. It governs undeniable change in our life and Universe. It’s a great idea to look in your natal chart on where Taurus sits  in your chart. This will give you a clue to see where you will experience this change or unpredictability.  Now with Uranus in Taurus, we can look forward to or undergo changes in how we enjoy ourselves, how we arrange our things, beauty, art and all life’s pleasure, money and what we own.

Uranus in Taurus makes for an interesting combo, as Uranus is about change and Taurus is about constancy and stability. During this transition we will be awakened into seeing the bigger picture especially in regards to our finances, abundance and our values. Pay attention to what issues or what is shifting in the areas that Taurus rules over.

Because Mercury has just stationed retrograde yesterday, and today Uranus changes signs.We can expect to have random, somewhat unpredictable and possible mayhem theme surrounding our life. There can be some instability, unpredictability and a clear lack of  judgment with these big powerhouse planets shifting this week. Just be wise in your thinking, communication and interactions with others until the energy has settled.

Today we have a New Moon occurring in the dreamy sign of Pisces. Pisces rules over creativity, arts, dreaming, spirituality and imagination. This sensitive water sign will help us to awaken our spiritual awareness, as well as our creative side and our compassion for others and life. This New Moon in Pisces is all about a beautiful new beginning.

It’s your chance to think big and speak up! Its New Moon wishing time and its all about taking some time out, to self reflect and to set a new intentions. Plant seeds of opportunity you want to grow over the next Luna cycle. This New Moon is your opportunity to clear away the blocks and to become a magnet for receiving. Its time to put it all out into the universe and watch magic  grow.

With all this potent and expansive Pisces energy, we have the chance to make important changes in our lives.The energy is full of compassion, empathy, sensuality and softness. This Luna transit stimulates and enhances spiritual awareness, we tend to stretch our usual boundaries and expand beyond. Stop and see the beauty in everything and everyone. When you have a moment, try to think about all the things Pisces rules over when you write your New Moon intentions.

Mercury stations retrograde at 29’38 Pisces

 The Sun in Pisces semisquares Uranus in Aries.

The Moon is in Pisces.

Mercury, the plant the rules over communication, thinking , plans , travel and pretty much the mental realm and our thought process stations retrograde at 29’38 Pisces. Mercury will remain retrograde until March 28, a wonderful tool during this time is to see where in your natal chart you hold Pisces to better understand the area of your life that requires revisiting  or revising of your thoughts, actions and attention. Key words for any Mercury Retrograde reassess, Re – think, Rest, Reflect, Re – discover, Revise and Re – view, Re- do,  Renew, Reset. Something during this transition in your life needs to be re adjusted or considered from a new different perspective. Mercury retrograde as much as everyone freezes up with the mention of it, is here to remind us as well as push us to look and consider more deeply those things we have breezed over or agreed to without proper attention.

Mercury retrograde in the sign of Pisces means that there is potential for us to we might get our wires crossed, especially when communication is in play. With all this confusion around our thoughts, ideas and communication it can be very hard for us to just stop and focus on the cold hard facts. Be clever and re work the way you talk with others, converse with others over technology or in written form and bring about your best negotiating skills. This is not a time to start something new up, or sign a contract, book travel plans or buy a home for example.. unless you really need to. Dot the i and cross your t’s. It’s better to keep things and life simple over the next few weeks. The Sun in Pisces semisquares Uranus in Aries. This has the potential to create tension  between our conscious self and the great rebel and revolutionary. The Sun in Pisces looks for peace, it wants us to retreat, however Uranus loves to “Stir the Pot”  Don’t be surprised if sudden and unexpected events, thoughts or revelations happen today.

As much as possible, rest, retreat, and try to find inspiration and offer inspiration to others during this Mercury Retrograde.

The Moon is in Aquarius.
