New Moon Solar Eclipse in Cancer.

The New Moon Solar Eclipse in Cancer forms an opposition to both the Sun and Moon to Pluto in Capricorn.

Today we have a partial solar eclipse at 20’41 Cancer.  This eclipse is the first in the Cancer/Capricorn polarity series! What is activated or brought to Light for you right now can give you insight into the next 19 months. The effects of the Eclipse can last up to six months. The energy being brought forth will be one of family, home life and career and work life, most importantly finding a healthy balance between them both. Look in your chart to see if either of the signs are present, it will give you a clue on what to work and focus your New Moon intentions on!

So not only do we have a New Moon Solar Eclipse in Cancer, we have the Sun opposing Pluto and then the New Moon opposing Pluto.This opposition happens once a year. Therefore it is important for us to understand that we may not be to familiar with this combination of energies. To add into the mix, all these energies we will experience will be intensified by the New Moon solar eclipse! This opposition of power will creating a potent clash between our conscious self and  the Lord of transformation. When Pluto is in play its very important that we remember its energy is one of healing, rebirth and transformation. Can you think back and review whats been happening over the past 6 months? Whats been building up? Any control or power dynamics have arisen? What issues or problems that need to be healed?  Whatever began for you then is now fully illuminated in all its power or darkness. Open your eyes to look deeply. This could well be a pivot point /personally or collectively.

This New Moon draw in the Cancer’s energy which is related to family, home, relationships and nurturing. Also there is huge focus on our feelings, emotions and intuition right now. As I have mentioned this eclipse opposes Pluto in Capricorn, so expect some intense and powerful light to any shadow areas concerning important relationships both personal and family.

As whatever seeds you plant for a new beginning or anything you want to manifest at this New Moon will have far more strength and magic, pushing your growth and dreams forward. Be mindful of the fact that everyone’s emotions are heightened. Traditionally a New Moon is about making new intentions, new beginnings, planting seeds that you inspire to grow. Cancer loves food so what better time to enroll yourself and take a cooking class, have ” you” time, take a bath  and honor your innermost feelings. Re-decorate your home or work place and if your domestic home life needs a tweak this is the time to work on it.

The Moon is in Gemini and it forms a trine with Jupiter in Libra.

The Moon in Gemini squares Neptune in Pisces and quincunxs Pluto on Capricorn.

Today  should be an active day of optimistic conversations and busy interactions with the Moon in Gemini.

The Moon is in Gemini all day, and it forms a trine with Jupiter in Libra. The Moon when in Gemini is very commutative and chatty, you feel comfortable communicating and exchanging ideas. Jupiter when in Libra is all about good luck and fortune and with the Libra influence its related to connecting with other people and relationships.

With lucky Jupiter in relationship-oriented Libra, our interactions will naturally drift toward cooperation, balance, kindness, and talk of intimate relationships.Today you will have a huge desire to communicate confidentiality and this could lead to new doors opening up with the added luck of Jupiter on your side.

MOON IN CANCER

July 5Tth 2016

 Today the Moon is in Cancer and  Mercury is in trine with Neptune

Well it’s a pretty glorious  day for anything to do with communications and dreams. Mercury the planet that rules our thought process and communication is connecting with the dreamy and inspirational Neptune.

Yesterday we entered into a New Moon in Cancer, so if you haven’t had the chance to make some wishes or intentions do so today…

So use today and the energy of Mercury’s clear thought process and Neptune imaginative energy  to make your 10 wishes, set your intentions, go as big or as little as you like and make your commitments for the coming four weeks. This week in astrology….

The start of the week we get a New Moon in Cancer. This beautiful manifesting New Moon occurs on Monday, July 4th, 2016, at 7:01 AM EDT

The New Moon in Cancer on July 4, 2016 is the commencement of a new Luna cycle., thus ending the Gemini New Moon. Cycle. This month not only is the Sun is in Cancer, Venus is in Cancer and Mercury is in Cancer. Oh La La.

So what does this mean..

The Sun is in Cancer from June 20-July 22. We Cancerians are very self-protective and do a lot of inward looking, so many of you may experience this energy under this cosmic influence. Emotions run deep with us Cancerians and so any of you could experience the waves and floods of emotions we experience daily for no reason. We are more susceptible to the ups and downs of the Moon; even more so while the Sun is in Cancer. Nurturing and taking care of our loved ones including pets comes into focus. But remember to take some self-care as this cardinal sign often neglects their own needs. I am very guilty of this!! Attentions will be turned into our homes, love nest and most of all our loved ones and families, anything that makes you feel safe and secure.

From June 29-July 13 Mercury is in Cancer. Mercury is the planet that rules communication and thought process. While it resides in the sign of cancer it will be less of the logical mind thinking and reasoning and more gut level way of feeling, thinking, speaking and perceiving. With Mercury in Cancer you wont want to understand or be interested in things on face or surface value instead you will dive into the root of things, on a deep emotional level not a superficial one. Intellect and emotion mix to the point of inseparability.

Venus hmm the planet of love and abundance is in Cancer from June 17-July 12. The New Moon in Cancer 2016

Today marks the beginning of the 29.5 day Moon cycle, as we are having a New Moon in Cancer today  July 4th, 2016 .New Moons are a new wave of energy  that happens when the   Sun and Moon meet at the exact same point of the zodiac ( being Cancer this month)

As a Cancerian myself this is a very exciting month for me, a month of love, birthdays, happiness and today a chance to dream up big and manifest.

This Cancer New Moon offers us a chance to rebirth our emotional body. What do you desire to feel about yourself and your life? What Cancerians traits would you like to manifest and invite into your world?

Cancer is the sign of the Mother,Carer, Nurturer. Cancer symbolizes the womb of Life. Cancerians are the protectors,highly  creative and we feel things on a  very deep level, deep like the running tides of rivers and the oceans. As Cancer is the first cardinal water sign it is a sign of strong feminine power providing the symbolic water of life upon everyone we come across.The Moon is the ruler of Cancer, drawing upon the waters of creation in a tidal ebb and flow. Even though you may feel that you are not ready to start working on your heart’s desire, this card is saying that now is the best time to do so. In other words, even though you may not feel ready, you are ready right now.

This is about taking steps towards your true heart’s desires, both big and small. In some way you need to establish what you don’t need in your life, or what will interfere with you working towards your true heart’s desire. It could be the way you think, as you may have self-doubts, fears, worries, insecurities and other self-sabotaging thoughts. If you have too many responsibilities, if there is someone around you who can do them for you , than delegate, so that the workload is fairly distributed. By doing this you are rescheduling your time so you can spend time doing something that is truly important to you.

By working on your true heart’s desires you will have more energy, have greater self-esteem, you will be happier and you will attract more abundance.”
