Full Moon in Taurus 2017

This November’s Full Moon, marks the first of a trilogy of Super Full Moon happening over November & December 2017, followed by one in January 2018.

During a Supermoon, all the energies of a normal Full Moon are heightened!! Eek! Full Moons are already a time of strengthened intuition, emotions running high, spooky things around you occurring, people going a little looney and some experience sleep disturbances! Now that this months Full Moon is closest to earth, all of these key points become electrified!! Expect lucid dreaming, heightened intuition and emotions, synchronicity are becoming more repetitive (the numbers 10:10 have popped up at least 4 times a day for the past week for me) overall energy is running high and people are more sensitive than usual, I know I’ve been one of them!! 

This Full Moon in Taurus astrological speaking with the rest of the universe is going to be pretty much straight forward, it will be grounded, its practical and very uncomplicated in regards to lessons. This Full Moon will be one of feeling at ease, at peace and you will feel like you will finally get that emotional load off your shoulders. It is a relief from all the pressure of Scorpio’s and Chirons intense water energy, that has been forcing us to look inside and do deep emotional inner work. This months Moon will be illuminated with Taurus energy. Taurus energy is all about the real world, stability, finances, practicality, money, enjoying life, food, being grounded in nature, sensuality, physical body and beauty.

The Sun is at 11 degrees in Scorpio and that will conjunct with Jupiter in Scorpio. These two planets are sitting next to each other and bouncing back that sassy Scorpio energy. The Sun astrologically represents our identity, our outer world and who you are. We are in Scorpio season so the focus this month will be on emotions, talking about emotions, discovering new emotions and having the courage to speak up about how you feel to others. Lucky for us we have the Jupiter on our side who is all about luck, abundance and growth. That means all our hidden emotional truths and discoveries are not for nothing. They can impact and have great positive significance on your self, your life and others. Jupiter is about growth and expansion so take this and use it to grow, to heal and expand on building yourself up!

This Sun, being expanded by Jupiter is shining down on us deep emotional, intuitive energy. Sitting exactly 180 degrees away from the Sun is sitting this magnificent Full Moon in the sign of Taurus. These energies than are shining down on us. Full Moon and the Sun are always sitting in the opposite signs of each other in the zodiac. They balance their weakness and build up their strengths. They  invite us to work to achieve a balance between the opposing energies.

Both the Sun and the Moon this month are both sitting at 11 degrees, which is the master number of service, spirituality and higher self growth. Not only will this Full Moon start to make us feel good in our skin, but we will be inspired to take practical actions that help others, such as volunteering, and being of service to others, however and whatever form it comes to you to help. Donate old clothes, de clutter, recycle things. You will really have a sense of how good your life is and how much worse other have it and want to do something about it. Offer your time and help and make a positive contribution. 

This month is November which is also lucky number 11. Like I’ve mentioned 11 is a master number and in numerology it vibrates at a level of divinity, higher purpose, synchronicity, higher self, angels and the spirit world. This energy of the master number 11 is with us for a whole month, so what not better time to work on and tune into our dreams and goals. Where do you feel lack of abundance, love, money, opportunities , time and success? This Full Moon release these fears as you plant and make way for better things to come to you! Out with the old and in with the new! Get clear on what you want and watch the magic grow into reality! 

With all of this in play it makes this Taurus Full Moon quiet a spiritual one! Even though Taurus seem to be the most grounded sign and semi disconnected from all the mystical magic! But let me assure you that if you, like me have felt more intuitive or emotions are very heightened and you want to cry for no reason this week that’s because of this Super Full Moon stirring up the universal energies! 

This Full Moon being in the sign of Taurus, will feel comfortable and safe. The Moon likes sitting in this sign, as we know the Moon represents our feelings and inner world. Taurus is about solidity and sensuality in aspects not only physical but in our taste, our touch, or views, using all the senses. Taurus is about if you can sense it and touch it, than it is real. The Moon in Taurus wants us to take a change, get rid of the feelings of old, the feelings that weigh you down and blur your vision of the beauty that is around you. Take all that stagnant, emotional energy and stomp it on the ground. Awaken your senses be alive! This transformation Full Moon combined with the Sun in Scorpio is really guiding us to in touch with our own complexity and how we respond in any relationship.

This week If your intuition tells you something, do yourself a favour and listen, especially during the Full Moon at its peak. Do you feel stuck somewhere in your life? Do you need clarity? especially in areas of love, abundance and success which Taurus dominates, sit in stillness under the illumination of the Moon, ask and listen for the guidances that comes your way. 

The Taurus Full Moon will remind us of the abundance of what we already have, be grateful and thankful for all the positives, as like attracts like. Full Moons are all about releasing what no longer serves a purpose in our life, so get releasing whether its physically, emotionally or spiritually. Make room for the things you want to come into your life!
Transformation will happen this Full Moon so you may as well surrender and evolve with grace and ease.The Full Moon being in Taurus is potent and fertile and can serve as a form of self awakening to our desires and feelings. The Taurus energy will help us have more stability and structure, its an emotional time of romance and relationships. The Pisces Moon forms a trine to Mercury in Scorpio.

The Moon forms a square to Saturn.

Halloween is here!

Today brings more of the same energy as we had yesterday! The mystical Moon is still in Pisces, encouraging you to open imagination and do some internal self-reflection. Happy Halloween, and how fitting that the Moon stays in Pisces most of the day (until late this afternoon when it enters head strong Aires), and Halloween is about imagination, the spiritual realm, the veil between worlds lifting, intuition and fantasy. Your connection to deep divinity, creativity, and original insights remain strong throughout the day.

The Pisces Moon forms a flowing trine aspect to Mercury in Scorpio. Making the communication planet working in your favor as your communications and dealings with others will be easily heard and positively received. Mercury is a great at helping us think clearly and start  conversations about feelings or things we typically find difficult to express, and now it’s sitting in sassy Scorpio we will have the courage to speak up for our self and talk about issues we may have hidden from before!

The Moon makes is a harsh square to Saturn later today. This can throw us off the whimsical fun and play of all this Pisces and Halloween energy. We may have some wake up calls of seriousness and reach some limitations. Saturn who is ruled by Capricorn helps us to bring meaning and structure to our world. Saturn  the great teacher may be reminding some of us to slow down, I know with all this hype of Halloween its hard to get serious but Saturn is ultimately doing this for our own good.

Just remember , today is a great day to play with your deep imaginative playful side, get out there and  encourage those around you to engage in fanciful play.

The Moon leaves Capricorn behind to enter the quirky, innovative Aquarius.

Mercury in Scorpio forms a sextile Pluto in Capricorn.

Venus forms a challenging square to Pluto.

Today there is a potent alignment of 3 big players in the skies, Mercury, Venus and Pluto. The Aquarius Moon will be with us throughout the weekend, which i love because my Moon sign is Aquarius! When the Moon is in Aquarius we think outside the box, become problem solvers, we focus our services on the humanity rights of others, we are about community, freedom and creativity!

First of all we have loving Venus forming a challenging square to transformational Pluto.This will have a profound impact as it causes tension and friction between the lord of  transformation, birth and death and the goddess of all things beautiful and love. For those in a relationship this can bring your relationship to a new level, it can deepen and strengthen your connection. Remember Pluto is the lord of uncovering whats hidden deep within ourselves and bringing things to light. Watch out for posessiveness, jealousy and manipulation. Bringing what is hidden to Light is the key. However do watch out for power play and unhealthy power struggles. This goes towards all relationships, friendships, partnerships, friendships and business relationships. Maintain awareness of your own integrity in your interactions with others today.

Mercury in Scorpio  forms a sextile aspect to Pluto in Capricorn. The way we think and communicate aligns with how things are heeled and transformed. You would do well today to speak up, to make your needs clear! It will be felt stronger in our sensual relationships, as our interactions and communications can deepen and be intense, but also potentially transformative.

Finding ways today to be both light, deep, powerful and empowered in our dealings with others is the key right now. Pluto is great for those who need help and are willing to do the work asked of you! Sun in Libra opposes Uranus.

As we wake up today, we have reached the New Moon at 26° Libra. A New Moon represent the beginning of a new luna cycle and therefore a new beginning for us to work on what we want we to gain, achieve and create in our life in order to be prosperous.

This month New Moon is in Libra, you will want to plant a seed that draws in Libra energy such as harmony, relationships, love, romance, balance and fairness. Libra is represented by a set of scales which calls us to find routine, balance and justice in our life, it’s about grace and love and seeing the story from all points of view.

New Moons are great at sifting through our daily life to find out what is working and what isn’t! How can you manifest things into your life if you are holding onto clutter and are focusing your energy on what no longer serves a purpose? Sit down and really think about your day-to-day life? has something has been taking up too much of your time and energy, or you are struggling to keep on top of things or feel like you are fighting a loosing battle? This New Moon in Libra may force you to finally create some balance and make positive changes.

The New Moon is at its darkest, it is recharging and drawing in the Sun energy to begin its new cycle. It is drawing in Libra energy, as the Sun is positioned in the sign of Libra. The Moon is in Gemini.

Today begins with the communication and thought-provoking, Mercury forming a challenging square to transformative, dark Pluto. The Sun in Libra also squares powerful Pluto today. These aspects will bring some pretty intense energy into relationships, communication and more! Today there isn’t much I can say that may lighten the mood in regards to the challenges we may face during this period. In early January of this year, the Sun joined with Pluto, and it began for many of us a cycle of deep, powerful transformation. Now it is in its third quarter square aspect, it is a time when we will all begin a process of letting go. We should be preparing to dive even deeper than we ever have over the coming year.We will be feeling these energies all day long and can be felt in a very strong way.

Pluto is the planet that relates to death, birth and transformation. It energy embodies all that is powerful and hidden. Pluto is great for seeing the shadow and hidden parts of us and digging deep getting to the truth of matters. It will be more of benefit for you to look directly into the eye of any darkness in your life. Especially any areas or issues you think that you have dealt with or have buried deep within. Where are you questioning issues of trust and safety? Where are you feeling the bitterness of past hurts or anguish.

However these aspects may have a negative side, it needs to make us aware of power or control dynamics around you, within you and your relationship around you. Also, manipulation and certain domination traits may be highlighted within yourself or others. Today is a day to best deal with whats in front of you, and not to completely bury your head in the sand. Honor your struggle and the encounters others are facing during this time. Take the extra step to show up with kindness today and face the world with courage in all circumstances.

The Moon is in chatty, light-hearted and witty Gemini. When the Moon is in Gemini we are upbeat, communication is sharp and we are energetic. This aspect will keep any issues we want to smooth out light and manageable.

The Moon in Taurus.

Venus in Cancer contraparallels retrograde Pluto in Capricorn.

The last quarter Moon is in Taurus all day, but while we seek out peace and harmony and the gluttony pleasures of life and you can achieve it in some ways, but be warned these energies work well together and both have a passion for food and overindulging!As much as the Moon loves relaxing and being sensual in Taurus getting to lazy could be high on your list, but if you can Do treat yourself to a massage if you can.

Early this Morning Venus in Cancer contraparallels retrograde Pluto in Capricorn. Reverberating the energies of the goddess of love and beauty and the lord of the underworld and death and rebirth when it is exact opposition tomorrow.  This Venus/Pluto that occurs over the next 48 hours will amplify and exacerbate both energies that these planets represent. When Venus is taken to Pluto the energy can unearth negative emotions such as possessiveness jealousy and manipulation in relationships, try to avoid power/control dynamics and struggles! This opposition can also affect our financial situations as well! Don’t let money and jealously come between friends, partners and work! Look out for hidden shadow situations and hidden energies that could be running and fueling you behind the scene.

The Moon is in Pisces.

The Moon opposes Mercury in Virgo.

Mercury in Virgo trines Venus in Cancer.

The Moon continues on her journey through mystical, Pisces.When the Moon is in this sign its much more emotional, loving, spiritual and caring. Today, do allow yourself to float unburdened and take some time and listen to your intuition and allow space for dreamy sensitivity.

The Pisces Moon opposes Mercury in Virgo. Mercury governs the way we think, and communicate and in Virgo it takes charge and is a machine. It takes in all information, it gathers it and makes sense of it. Its rational, looking at information for what it is.

Mercury trines Venus in Cancer, Venus is all about love and beauty and in cancer she is very nurturing emotional . This however can cause a problem for Mercury in Virgo. The Pisces Moon and Venus in Cancer means today our feelings will beat logic so watch out for that. Logic and reasoning will step aside for love and passion, be careful as the urge of sudden emotions and impulses can override your sensibility, so think before you stand under your partners window holding a boom box and declaring your love.

The Full Moon happens in the sign of Capricorn this month. This months Full Moon is going to be a very beautiful, positive transformative Full Moon. This Moon has Pluto sitting right next to it and it has the potential to be life changing.

A Full Moon is when the Sun is exact opposite the Moon at 180 degrees. A Full Moon astrology speaking highlights opposing forces or polarities in our life. Areas can include our home life, work life, our needs, wants and especially our emotional needs verses what our egos want. As the lunar cycle reaches its fullest on the 09/07/2017 our emotions and insists reach their peak, ever felt a tad loony oar emotional responsive around a Full Moon? Full Moons are known to heighten sensitivity that can lead and create inner tension and external pressure that result in a crisis and can drain your energy or heighten it. It’s time to express ourselves and to let things out of our systems. Of course, we might want to exercise some care while doing so, knowing that what is coming out of us is fresh, unrefined, and not particularly rational as yet.

The Moon enters Aquarius.

The Sun in cancer opposes Pluto in Capricorn.

The Moon moves into Aquarius this morning. The Sun in cancer opposes Pluto in Capricorn. The emotional way of thinking , our desire to transform our life, and the feeling you have been experiencing in regards to this shift, especially over the weekend with the Full Moon in Capricorn has resulted or concluded into being a lesson of some sort. Have you managed to figure out what that lesson is yet? We can add in the mix this Moon in Aquarius, which in a positive way benefits us as our  logic and thoughts become very clear without emotional confusion , SUCH as  ” is this the right path or have I done this the best to my ability” we are more logically to our approach of self-help and healing. The potential to make errors is reduced and we become much more rational in our thinking.

When the Moon is in Aquarius, the energy is very modern and progressive. If you have any issuers or need to problem solve today tap not this energy for answers, think outside the box, be a little rebellious and non conformist, you may be surprised on the results you get.

The Moon leaves Aires and enters Taurus.

Venus quincunx Jupiter.

The Key words for this week is LOVE ,passion excitement, quality time with loved ones, family and friends. Connection and romance.

This morning,some of you ( I know i did) will awake with plenty of ‘get-up and go’! You will want to move forward and get things done without wasting time this is due to the Moon transitioning out of Aires, and into Taurus this afternoon.

The Moon moves into Taurus later today. When the Moon enters Taurus, it offers an evening of indulging your senses.  Enjoy good food, spend the evening in nature. As we all know Taurus is the most earth sign of the zodiac, its ruled by beautiful Venus who is all about beauty, love and abundance. Venus itself is still in Taurus, and it quincunxs or forms a relationship with Jupiter in Libra today. Jupiter is the planet of good luck and expansion, and lucky for us it’s sitting in is home sign of Libra who is all about harmony and relationships…. So can you see the dots I am about to connect. Venus the goddess of love and beauty, sensuality and physicality will be expanded by Jupiter influence. However this Venus quincunx Jupiter means we can have a hard time deciding what we want, finding a balance especially between our egocentric self, the amount of  involvement we are willing to invest and reliability and most o all being to selfish.

Today is a positive start to the week, you are grounded, and comfortable with yourself , happy to be in your own skin, you are willing to work and to use the Taurus practical energy to get things done. If you are willing to open up to this energy you are likely to if you are single, you may have a chance to meet someone so keep your eyes and ears open. The rest of us in relationship, what a great day to make your love one dinner, take them on an adventure and mix it up! Play on your naughty side you will be pleasantly surprised. It’s a great time to strengthen your bond and connection. Don’t forget your family this is also a great time to catch up and hang out.  There is a huge potential for new love, romance and adventure today.
