The Moon is in harmonious Libra.

Mars squares with Saturn.

The Moon is in harmonious Libra all day. We will want to find balance and harmony in our relationships. Early in the day, we see Mars form a quincunx with Jupiter. This aspect is all about demanding, adjustments, and expectations  in our approach to pursuing our desires and dreams.

Mars squares with Saturn this week, which can leave us with an explicitly challenging aspect when it comes to the way we approach our day. The actions we take, along with how we assert our self-will be impacted today . We may feel stuck or blocked in what would normally seem effortlessly for us,  especially in regards to our dreams. Our desires and hopes may present as being more complicated with this aspect in play. Certain challenges will arise today and we can find our self not responding to them in our usual manner.

Full Moon in Cancer 12/01/2017

This is an action packed Full Moon, it is igniting the Cardinal Grand Cross this energy will continue until 2020. The Full Moon in Cancer at 22 degrees opposes the Sun in Capricorn in 22 degrees. This Full Moon energy is about putting yourself and people first.

We have the first Full Moon of 2017 happening this week on Thursday and it is at 22o in the lovely sign of Cancer. I wont lie this will be very intense with the cardinal grand cross and the Moon in Cancer it makes for a very intense, emotional, sensitive and intuitive time. The Full Moon is fully illuminated and the Sun and the Moon are 180 o apart. The Moon shines it illuminating light on us and influences us the most powerfully and because it’s in the sign of Cancer it will be showering down Cancers energy. Its power will be strong as it is sitting in its ruling sign. The Moon is ruled be Cancer so its energy will be heightened, it feels at home in this sign. Cancer is a cardinal water sign so we need to be taking charge of our emotions , loyalty, family, intuition,feelings, bonds and connections with our self and others, creativity,all the intangible aspects of life. This week we will be flooded with all these aspects and all the emotional things surrounding us. This week we will really feel what life is about , this includes really feeling what our relationships truly are both personally and business . This week we are going to be forced to feel our feelings so those of you in denial will not have a good week.

Take note if you are an earth sign as you may struggle! Earth signs generally don’t like major change or over the top emotional displays for no particular reason.. However we are all human beings, we all have feelings and sometimes we need to have a massive surge of emotions to get it all out of our system, clear the emotional decks and most importantly, it is how we go about change. Change does not just happen by sitting at home and saying everything is OK, I am safe and lets keep things the way they are ( which is what most earth signs would like) However this is a Full Moon in Cancer and feelings will arise,  people will experience strong intense feelings and intense urges to express themselves.

What needs changing? what needs to be released? what needs to be emotionally balanced?

This First Full Moon of 2017 is in a sign that is all about self-care. Cancer is all about taking care of you, nurturing you. Cancer energy  is all about your foundation, how you nourish and nurture yourself, how you love yourself,  how you take care of you. This month self reflect and ask yourself.. are you kind enough to yourself? Do you make sure that your needs are meet? Do you have enough sleep? exercise? You time? The Calling of this month is to focus on extreme self-care.

The Full Moon is at 22 degrees. Now 22 is the master number of the builder, so all this emotional upheaval does have a purpose. Something that is going to be presented to you and for some it may happen in an uncomfortable way , feelings will come up and some feelings may surprise you , For some past emotional  issues that  you may have locked away or thought yo had dealt with will arise , it will be waving in your face and screaming ” Hello im here acknowledge me please ” It is important to feel these feelings, to acknowledge them this emotional reality is the key to what will happen to you through out the year to . This Full Moon will force you to do something, so take some time , think things through this week it is not a great time to make plans and take action. Instead it s a time to go deep and sit with your feelings, hear them as this will help us create change. The master number of the builder  tells us that the significant changes that come out of this Full Moon will affect us for a while, I am talking the big changes such as who we love, where we work , where you live.

So take some time, be in this present moment and figure out what will give you security? What will give you joy? What needs releasing? What patterns need to be broken order for you to grow? What habits need to be released in order for you to better nurture yourself?

The Moon is in Pisces

Venus enters Pisces.

By this morning, we will all wake up to number of planets in the dreamy sign of  Pisces. The Moon joins Neptune and Mars is in Pisces and, we see Venus leave independent Aquarius and also enter sensitive mystical Pisces. When such a gathering of planets in one sign occurs, it is good to pay attention to what the Universe is teaching you through the energy of this sign, Where does Pisces sit in your birth chart?

Venus enters Pisces today January 3rd until February 3rd.When Venus is in Pisces  allow your intuition to guide you in matters of love and the heart, money, and beauty. Dreamy Pisces rarely sees the world in black and white it embraces all the colours of the rainbow and this will be the same in our love life this month. We are  seducible and seductive, compassionate and creative, we are able to forgive and understand.We are open and creative and have an intuitive approach to money, the pursuit of pleasure, love,beauty and art.

The shadow side of Venus in Pisces there is a longing for something that is hard to define and hard to satisfy. Our reality can be blurred and we enter into a position that allows ourselves to be victimized or act deluded,our borders and boundaries are blur under this influence.

Mercury in Capricorn goes into retrograde.

Mars into Pisces.

Mercury turns retrograde in the sign of Capricorn today, it will remain retrograde until January 8th. This is the last time Mercury will be retrograde for the year and seeing it is in Capricorn it is a great time to revisit any plans that involve. Mercury is all about the way we think and when it’s in practical Capricorn we are in a good position to reevaluate professional or life path plans and goals. We may have little tolerance for small talk, as Capricorn isn’t about small nonsense chitchat. Today as Mercury stations itself, there can be cloudy thinking, judgment and misunderstandings. Think before you react today as you or someone you cross paths with today may be affected.

Mercury retrograde makes it harder for us and others to communicate ideas,plans and the message we want to get across. Travel can be thrown off, flights delayed, travel plans can be challenging, which over Christmas can be difficult, so allow yourself plenty of time and pre plan for minor mishaps to happen print your itinerary and ticket and double-check ticket time. Mercury retrograde periods can be times of heightened inner awareness, and is best used for re-organizing, reflecting and reworking old plan.

Mars moves out of Aquarius and enters Pisces this morning, where it will transit until January 28th. Mars into Pisces shifting the warrior, our ambition and drive from air to water. When Mars the fire-red planet goes into the watery sign of Pisces we tend to be less motivated to pursue traditional goals and be more inclined to pursue spiritual emotional goals. Our drive and energy can be up and down like the tides of an ocean during this aspect we take an intuitive approach to pursuing our desires. Mars in Pisces is a symbol of the Spiritual warrior so try to focus your energy on a spiritual, mystical and creative journey over the next few weeks.

The Moon moves in to Leo.

The Moon in Leo quincunx  Neptune in Pisces.

Today we get an energy mini break, as there is no major planetary aspects happening. That means today is a great day to recharge and teak a break. Today should unfold with simple pleasures and ease.

The Moon moves from sensitive, watery, Cancer to playful Leo. When the Moon is in Leo we are passionate, creative and fiery.  Today is a great day to reach out to some of your most loyal buddies, to cultivate and relax into the warmth of Leo. Today will be a good time to be playful, celebratory, and entertaining activities are high on our priority list.

The Moon in Leo quincunx  Neptune in Pisces. The energy around this aspect is really about the imagination and dreaming. So today there will be loads of optimism floating around in the Universe. You will have a desire to be out and about, to perform, or be in the spotlight. Whether it’s at a dinner party, being the entertainer, the joker or breaking into song at dance at a club !

The Moon is in Cancer.

The Sun in Sagittarius.

The Moon opposes Mercury in Capricorn and squares Jupiter in Libra and Uranus in Aires.

The Moon is in sensitive, emotional Cancer all day. Today is a great day to retreat, revive and be with family and friends. When the Moon is in Cancer we tend to gravitate towards the nurturing side of life, we become domestic and want to spread our self and our love wide, touching everyone we meet with kindness. Today is a great day to focus on your home, does it needing ssorting out? if your home is in a bit of a mess.. clean up! de clutter! do the washing or put fresh sheet on the bed. Our needs for comfort, safety, belonging, and familiarity are strong today, so invite your family and loved ones over.Cancer loves food so host a dinner party  and enjoy a good meal with special ones.

A Cancer Moon Day is a wonderful time to work on your doubts and fears.Don’t be too hard-headed and hide behind your shell as Cancer can have a slightly insecure vibe,work out what’s worrying you. Nurture yourself, take a bath light a candle and watch a movie if socializing is not your thing today.

The Moon opposes Mercury in Capricorn and squares Jupiter in Libra and the rebel Uranus in Aires. Today there is a chance we may feel a slight shift in energetic gears, but still overall its a very positive day. Intuition is strong today, we are very much in touch with our needs and we are highly creative. With the Moon in dreamy Pisces and Venus entering Aquarius there is a lot of emotional cardinal energy floating around, its somewhat very airy fairy. With that i thought pulling a card from Doreen virtues Fairy Tarot deck.

Today’s card is The Prince of Summer.

The Prince Of Summer

Well this card could not of popped up at a better time, as the energy around us is dreamy and imaginative so is this Prince Charming. This card indicates that yes dreams can come true but be warned of what you wish for, do not get lost in the idea of a fair tale story without checking the facts. As you can see in the picture the heart in his hand is made of glass..so handle with care!  Staying grounded during a very emotional experience

Time To Move On

I used this deck of cards because this deck is associated with manifesting and healing and seeing the Moon is in Dreamy Pisces what better time to pull them out and see what subconsciously we must do in our daily endeavor to progress in life!

There are exciting and new things that are waiting to come into your life now.This card is to remind us that in order to manifest things in our life we MUST make room for them by letting go of the old!

What in your life is taking up  precious space?

First step in letting go is on an emotionally and intellectually level. In other words,  “say good-bye’ in your mind and heart.

Once you have highlighted what needs to removed and let go of, the next step is to physical let go! This step  will happen naturally, in a peaceful and harmonious way. But only once you have identified what you truly believe no longer serves a purpose in your life, it has taken up to much time, emotions, and space!

The Moon is in Pisces all day. The dreamy, mystical Pisces Moon energy encourages us to get in touch with our imaginative,expressive and compassionate side. It offers us a chance to be soft, sensitivity and dreaminess today.

The Moon in Pisces sexitles Mercury in Capricorn , your ideas will be very practical and grounded. This aspect then conjunts Neptune in Pisces. It doesn’t get much more dream like than today. Dreamy Neptune the water planet in the dreamy sign of Pisces is all about spirituality, creativity and dreaming! Today we are so automatically tuned into our own feelings , and that if we are faced with any decisions today your answer will be based on your true feelings . Full Moon Ritual

Full moon Ritual

As the full moon is upon us, it’s time to reflect and release those things that no longer serve us. Let go of what you no longer need in your life or any aspect of yourself that you may have outgrown. The moon, being the closest astronomical mass to Earth, has a profound effect on us. When the moon is full, it is at its high tide of power, amplifying energies. The moon traditionally represents the emotional, nurturing, creative and feminine aspect of our lives. When the energy is intense and as powerful as this, it enables you to take action, have you ever felt a pull or an urge leading up to the full moon? Many people feel this intensifying energy, it is a sign that you may need to release energies that no longer serve you, and you can do this by performing a Full moon ritual.

The full moon period is a great time to take action towards your new moon intentions you made two weeks prior and is a great opportunity for some self-reflection. The full moon can shed some light on what could be holding you back and what needs to be released that’s standing in your way .

A Full Moon ritual is a powerful way to invoke the intention of releasing and Letting go. You can purge yourself of any old identities, frame of mind, attitudes, behavior and situations. You may wish to take an inventory of thoughts and beliefs no longer serving you, clean out your possessions. Remember, you can release anything emotionally, physically, mentally or spiritually.  Release any addictions such as food or drama, emotional vampires,  unhappiness in your job , relinquishing suffering involved in hurtful relationships.

You can also seek guidance from your spirit guides or angels to help highlight what is ready to be shed from your life. Tools to help you connect with your guides include oracle cards, journaling and automatic writing, or mediation. Trust the guidance that comes to you, your gut instincts are usually right.

Write down all the things you wish to release and give thanks for what it’s already served. After writing them down you can visualise them being released and healed, do this by performing your ritual sitting under the moon or at a window with the moon shining down.

 What you need

Pen, paper, lighter, candle, small bowls (if you intend on burning your notes) , water, sage and other personal objects such as crystals.

  1. Create a sacred space. Find a quiet, clutter free place to sit, place crystals or other special tokens around you.
  2. Clear your energy. Burn sage and clear your energy space, or you can imagine standing under a silver or bright white waterfall of pure light and allow all negative and lower energies to be cleared away.
  3. Light the candle, Take a few deep breaths, center yourself and then begin to write on the piece of paper what you wish to release from your life
  4. When you have finished your list, sign and date the page.
  5. Go into your heart space/chakra and declare “I now let this go. I ask you angels to please take this list for healing and transmutation, and I thank you, Amen.” Then place the piece of paper over the candle allowing the flame to light your page, you then place it in the bowl and watch as the flames consume and release your request to the universe for healing.
  6. Use your intuition to guide you. You may just want to sit under the moon and read your list aloud, or with a lit candle and not burn your page. You may want to meditate on what to let go of. Just the intention of releasing and letting go can work.

Just remember… our words have power. Saying – “Be Gone” audibly and loudly can be very freeing. Thank the spirits and angels. Be safe and don’t forget to have some fun.
