The Moon is in Sagittarius.

The Moon than conjunts Saturn in Sagittarius.

The Moon than it forms a sextile with Jupiter in Libra.

Argh the fun, positive energy of the Sagittarius Moon is still in the air! Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter who loves exploring, adventures and enthusiasm. The Moon this morning conjunts Saturn in Sagittarius. This aspect is not so good, as Saturn is the planet of structure, rules, lessons and keeping to the book, and it does not like sitting in Sagittarius who is about breaking the rules and exploration. The Moon is sitting on Saturn and then it forms a sextile with Jupiter in Libra. This astrological mix means for us that today we become more certain of our self, any uncertainty about our self or the direction we want to take will melt away and dreams can be realized today. This morning conjunction of the Moon to controlling, heavy-handed Master Saturn may leave you feeling somewhat heavy and downtrodden. Chin up its only quickly passing by and as the Moon offers enthusiasm and opportunities with that sextile to Jupiter you can focus on the lighter side of life, organise a social event, hang with friends, go to dinner.

The Moon in Sagittarius.

The Moon squares the Sun in Virgo.

Today begins with the First Quarter Moon, following last week’s Full Solar Eclipse. The Moon is in fun and freedom-seeking, philosophical Sagittarius .Whatever you began at the Solar Eclipse is now ready to be acted upon.

The Moon in Sagittarius squares the Sun in Virgo and Neptune. Today is a day to reflect on both the future and the past. Some of you may end up at a crossroads today. You can find yourself looking at what you have done so fa, and then looking at what your supposed to do in the future.. Are you stuck in limbo at the moment? Try and align your beliefs and values, you will have more of a clear idea of what you want and your actions will be true self. Take a moment and really consider how the Virgo Sun pushes us to be productive, organised and analytical while the Sagittarius Moon creates a need for freedom, learning  and independence. Today’s vibe means you have the chance to change your life around for the better, even though the energies are conflicting they push and demand us to take action.

The Moon in Sagittarius forms a trine with Venus in Leo.

 

The Moon Moves into Sagittarius. When this transition happens you may notice and find that you and others become more adventurous, we feel more hopeful and optimistic. When the Moon is in Sagittarius we’re seeking meaning, a higher learning, how things work and why. But now it’s about the bigger issues. However we might wrestle with our tendency to over think things which could ruin the fun, adventures energy of Sagittarius.

This Moon than forms a square with Mercury retrograde in Virgo. The Moon also forms a trine with Venus in Leo. Today you will find that you are cool calm and your goals are crystal clear and as you move into this week. You have a feelings of transcendence and finally see the bigger picture,along with how you can reach those goals.

Today is a great day for a personal overview, to see where you are a in life and what direction you now want it to head. Sit down and set some goals, figure out what needs changing and where you want to see yourself in the near future.Virgo is great at organisation and planning, and when Mercury is in retrograde all the issues of that need to be tweaked will arise and what better sign than Virgo to sort through and give you structure!

Mercury retrograde in Virgo semisextiles Venus in Leo. This aspect is great  for linking the mind and heart. Find effective ways of communicating your feelings and thoughts whilst using discernment is the key!

With the Moon in Libra today you will wake up and probably feel social, harmonious  and in the mood for some loving, playful time with your partner or best friend. The Moon is about what sets our emotional tone for the day and in Libra, and when it’s in Libra you have a strong urge to connect with others, to build relationships and harmonies environments and situations. Later today charming, sophisticated Venus in Cancer forms a challenging difficult square aspect to unconventional Uranus in Aires. There will be tension between the goddess of love and beauty and the planet of freedom. As Venus in Cancer wants and needs comfort and meaningful interactions and Uranus seeks freedoms and wants to be independent. This may well upset the happy-go-lucky vibe of the lovely harmonious Libra Moon.

The New Moon in Leo Takes place this week! It will also be a Solar Eclipse!

New Moon Eclipse at 29 Leo.

SYDNEY: August 22, 4:30am.

NEW YORK: August 21, 2:30pm.

LONDON: August 21, 7:30pm.

This will be a total Solar Eclipse happening August 21st 2017. The Sun totally disappears behind the Moon today! Especially for the lucky folks that live in America. Astrologically, The Sun is in Leo and the New Moon in Leo is pulling in lots and lots of Leo energy that will reflect in our lives.

The New Moon occurs in Leo  at 28o, now from a numerology standpoint, 2 plus 8 equals 10. In numerology 10 reduces to 1, and the energy of 1 is all about leaderships. It vibrates new beginnings, power, starting new things and really stepping into your power. Hmm ad into the mix the Leo energy which is also about makes this New Moon Solar Eclipse more powerful! Leo is fire energy, the Sun is also in Leo and Leo is ruled by the Sun so it’s about power, confidence and about positive outlooks, playful energy, children and enjoying life. The Moon enters Cancer.

Venus in Cancer squares Jupiter in Libra.

The Moon enters Cancer today, and the Moon is all about how we feel on the inside, it’s a sense of self and ease and comfort. When the Moon is in Cancer, you get the urge to nurture other people, become more intuitive, creative, your focus shifts to family, expressing your feelings and being over loving is high priority. Now that the Moon and Venus are in Cancer we are all going to have a sense of Love, and in particular expressing that love and how you feel. It’s an emotional loving time. Aww!

Venus in Cancer squares Jupiter in Libra. Little fun fact for the day, a square in astrology is when two planets are 90 degrees apart and cause friction. Venus in Cancer is sitting there, telling us that we want to take care of people, to nurture, to love and be with someone. Jupiter is the good luck planet and in Libra its telling us.. ” well ill bring people to you if you put yourself out there, I will bring the people to you and make you lucky” Jupiter in Libra is all about building bridges and meeting the people you want.

Today there could be friction in the sense that you want to care for people, but just maybe you might be afraid of being too vulnerable, overly familiar or to involved. Emotional you are very sensitive and with Mercury in Retrograde communication can be derailed by your strong emotions that govern your thinking. Us Cancarians have a great way of running with a particular emotion and over thinking it and ruining the mood and acting on a thought that normally would affect us.

Today the key to surviving is not to over do it, and not to overly think about feelings and throw reasoning and rationality out the window. Find the balance between thoughts and feelings!

The Moon continues its transit of Pisces all day.

 Mercury in Virgo sextile Venus in Cancer.

The Sun in Leo sextile Jupiter in Libra.

Mercury in Virgo sextile Venus in Cancer. Aligning our heart and our mind in a sweet expansive way, so if you are up early you could start the day off all mushy with sweet pillow talk, tell your loved one you appreciate them and express your love. Remember Mercury is about to go retrograde (Sigh, I know). Venus and Mercury link up twice this month so pay attention to what you think, say and hear today as there can be intimations of what is to come during mercury’s retrograde journey.

The Moon continues its transit of  dreamy, intuitive Pisces all day. A void of course Moon occurs from later this afternoon with the Moon’s last aspect in Pisces before changing into Aires not to mention a square to Saturn.

There may be a bit of a glitch when the Moon squares restrictive Saturn and you must face reality and move into the workday. The key is to find balance between asserting oneself and seeking points of compromise with others.

The Sun in Leo sextile Jupiter in Libra. What a great energy to help stimulate abundance, hopefulness and positive opportunities! It’s a day to engage with others in playful ways, be generous and gaining confidence in yourself, some will also gain a stronger sense of who you are and your principles. We can grasp the “bigger picture” which expands our perspective. The Leo/Libra vibes also support you in your  growth of love within all types of partnerships. La Lunar Eclipse in Aquarius 2017

Lunar Eclipse in Aquarius!

On the 8th August we see a partial luna eclipse. Luna and solar eclipse are potent as their effects can last up to 6 months. The last one we experienced was in February of this year. Now this month we have two lots of eclipse here in August. How exciting!

 

A little background on eclipses. lunar eclipses are massive full Moons. As the Earth moves and rotates it comes between the Sun and the Moon, thus resulting in blocking the Sun’s light and a shadow being cast on the Moon. This shadow of an eclipse is not total, it is partial, so it  is not fully dark. So we will only see a small portion of the moon go dark.

Full Moons are known too brings things to crisis point or a climax. With the shadow of the earth sweeping across part of this Full Moon, it can symbolize the unconscious part of our self. lunar eclipses are great for bringing to Light the hidden shadow areas of our self and our life that are not being looked at ( much to people’s dismay). What has been surfacing within you of late? have you been grumpy, snappy or moody? maybe its your soul trying to tell you something, sit in silence and listen!

Something to remember, Eclipses are not by their own nature good or bad. If you cringe at the thought of Full Moons and Eclipse bringing things to light, or things we tend to push down deep inside, maybe its time to stop twisting fate and accept what needs to be changed. Yes, they can sweep in stir things up but they also move things forward in your life! Eclipse’s can be dramatic and can be both exhilarating and scary.

It’s important to think about the signs involved too and what they represent. As we have the Sun in playful Leo and the Moon in humanity Aquarius. This Leo/Aquarius Axis like with all oppositions, gives us an opportunity, you can either focus on what divides or work together to create unity out of polarity.

The Sun is shining Leo energy down onto the Moon in Aquarius. The Sun in Leo is energised, fun, loving. It’s really fiery and playful, and now the Moon is picking up on this energy. However Aquarius is a sign that loves being of service, its humanitarian its intellect, it’s using the other side of your brain and thinking outside the box. Its forward and very future orientated.

So now this Moon will shower us here on earth with this Aquarian energy. We will feel that we need to help others, be of service, doing positive things for people. A window will be opening up and we get a chance to really help someone out, to really help others that are suffering.

Aquarius rules the realm of the collective rather than the individual (Like Leo). This eclipse will help expand your energy and think about what’s good for everyone,
So some of you may experience issues or awkwardness around fitting in or not during this eclipse. Questions can come up at this time like where do I belong? Who do i feel comfortable to team up with? However the uncertainty of fear of comparing yourself and over thinking if other people don’t get who you are, and what you are trying to achieve.

The Sun shines bright when it is in Leo, It illuminates and beams down on you like you are center stage.The Sun finds it hard to shine in Aquarius because it has to share the limelight. Leo energy is creative, energetic, passionate! This aspect of the eclipse is about finding and revealing your identity, unearthing your unique skills and talents, helping you shed old fears and encourages you to discover what makes you ‘you’.

Yes we will be showered with humanitarian energy, and creative loving Leo energy along with having an opportunity to help others and guess what this is an eclipse the effects of this will last 6 months so thank you God and the Universe for giving the world a chance to look out for others. To help others heal, we will take more care of each other, it will come naturally and without trying or forcing. How refreshing is this change!

So this Lunar Eclipse the question is, are you ready to shine bright, ready to use your positive qualities to help others, share your natural talents with the world, and make a difference?

The Moon enters Sagittarius.

The Moon squares Mercury in Virgo.

Early this Morning the Moon leaves sassy Scorpio and enters adventurous Sagittarius. Our emotions start is use up in intensity. With the Moon squaring Mercury we are less about our emotions and more making a plan to move forward, unlike yesterday vibe we experienced.

When the Moon is in Sagittarius we are encouraged to look at the world around us, to learn, to play and to be more optimistic in the situations you face! Open your mind to a new, more expansive view, as today could bring much understanding and learning your way.

The Sagittarius Moon forms a challenging square aspect to Mercury later today. The planet that rules your thoughts and logic will be challenged by your reasoning and questioning of life! Especially when it is on its ruling sign of Virgo who is very analytical, and loves facts and figures! The key to handling this aspect is  by not engaging in the challenge but simply retreating, keeping a low profile and heading to bed for a good night’s sleep.

The Moon leaves Virgo and enters Libra.

The Libra Moon forms a sextile with Mars in Leo and the Sun in Leo.

The Moon is in graceful Libra, and for us that means that we feel more tolerant of others and more interested in presenting ourselves in a more amicable, harmonious and somewhat sympathetic light. We’re seeking out balance and weighing our up our options in our decision-making process. The Moon in Libra sparks our desire to become relationship focused.The Libra Moon loves to be social, being out and about and around others.

Later this evening, the Libra Moon forms a sextile with Mars in Leo and the Sun in Leo. Being a fire sign, the energy is Big, Loud and Enthusiastic. So we get a mighty cosmic push to do and achieve something big today. We might take a risk, or to be loud and proud about an idea or plan. Fun, daring dangerous is the theme for today or something that lights the soul. Today take these complimentary energies and organise a dinner party, host an event, be in the spotlights and have fun!!!  kick up your heals and enjoy your time with others.
