Mercury Retrograde Aligns with the Sun in Virgo

Mercury Retrograde aligns with the Sun in Virgo today, bringing illumination and spark to our thoughts. Today information and ideas will be brought to light, we will have aha moments and new insights. This is a critical time for new ideas so pay attention!

We are at a halfway point in Mercury’s retrograde , well technically. This is due to Mercury passing between the Earth and the Sun at its inferior conjunction, this usually marks the midpoint in its cycle. This Midpoint is a great time for processing recent ideas, events and situations that may of come to light as well as for beginning to look at problems or issues from a new perspective or a better understanding.

Mercury and Mars form a square today . We could too easily found ourselves in disagreement with others, friction and tension could arise as Mars the warrior planet that rules over conflict and anger is squaring with the planet of thoughts, communication and ideas can making it difficult to engage in healthy dialogue and some can find it frustration to express how we feel .There is some feisty energy in the air today so watch what and how we approach others as we may stir up controversy with what we say.

The Moon goes from Capricorn into Aquarius today. Aquarius Moons can bring surprises at any time, Aquarius Moon may make you feel detached at times or inclined toward objectivity in your emotional responses and dealings today .

Jupiter moves in Libra

Moon in Sagittarius

The first quarter Moon is in the sign Sagittarius all day, encouraging spontaneous and care free approach to the day. The sun in Virgo forms a square with the Moon in Sagittarius. The Sage Moon wants us to be positive and adventures.

Today Jupiter charges into lovely Libra where it will remain for a month. Jupiter the planet of abundance, expansion will shift from Virgo an earth sign to Libra an air sign. Libra is all about love, balance and beauty. Jupiter in Libra will help us focus on growth of our personal relationships and strengthening our connections with others . Today be social, be fair, be loving and light-hearted!

 

Mercury in retrograde is quincunx Uranus today. This can make for intense, complicated and hasty unexpected communication ,thinking and incoming information.It may be a  little tricky getting a point across and we could  rub people the wrong way. Watch for impulsiveness and disorganization today, and try to not take anything to heart.

The Moon in Sagittarius

The Moon will square with Neptune in Pisces and align with Saturn in Sagittarius

The  Moon is in adventurous Sagittarius all day. When the Moon and Sagittarius meet it can   stimulate a desire for more than ordinary daily experiences. We become more upbeat and are attracted to new situations of conquest. We clear away the cobwebs and search for adventure. Tired of the mundane lifestyle,we will require less prompting to lash out and break our normal routine, experiencing life in a fun new way is appealing now.

The Moon will square with Neptune in Pisces and align with Saturn in Sagittarius. This can make people susceptible to moaning and become irritable, as we may be wrestling with practicality and imagination and trying to find balance in our expectations. Saturn may be hovering over the Moon today whispering the potential hazards of her new-found spark for adventures, but remember Saturn  doesn’t really want to stop you going on an adventure. Saturn energy is reminding you to check the details, check your reasons before launching into the unknown. Today is a great day  to mingle with others and enjoy ourselves in the process.

Today  we will find our intuitive messages will be strong and very spot on. This will motivate us to take practical action and help us build more positive harmonious loving life . With Neptune the dreamy planet inspiring us  we are looking at our futures, looking ahead, we are very intelligent in our future prosperity options. Today we will have a laser beam focus , very clear and sharp on what we want for our lives. So think about your future today, think about how you can bring in more love and harmony , how can you reduce drama and negativity.

Happy Monday… Today will be a great day , any actions we take today will go down very well. Problems will be solved easily today as the Moon is in Capricorn all day. Capricorn is a no-nonsense sign, grounded, its practical, realistic and goal orientated.

The Moon trines Virgo in Jupiter and Pluto in Capricorn today. Pluto in Capricorn allows for change through practicality, change through letting go of old ways of thinking and being sensible and grounded in your new thought process, change through putting the effort in today.  The Moon also tines Mercury in Virgo and Jupiter in Virgo,  so both of those the planet of communication and the planet of luck  are very receptive to people doing practical concrete  work and when you align yourself with that energy and just get down to nitty gritty and get down to business things will go very well for you.

Finally the Moon squares Uranus in Aries. Uranus is the planet that rules surprise and all things unexpected. Its influence is that of heightened frequencies, unpredictable actions and innovate imagination. Uranus’ influences us to break rules and demolish old patterns creating opportunity for sudden radical change.So today there is going to be a fiery spark in the air today, a spark of the unexpected. This gift will only happen  if you put the work in. The universe will surprise you by stepping in and giving you an opportunity as a result of the work you have put in today , something that you would normally never plan for.

Today is a day about getting the work done and reaping the rewards.

This is a Full Moon and a Luna Eclipse week, so some of you may be feeling the build up of the of Luna energies.  Since the full moon pours down a tremendous amount of energy some may feel emotional, impulsive, quick to snap, unable to sleep and well some may see others acting out.

QUARTER MOON INTO SAGITTARIUS

Today the Moon moves s into fiery, fun-loving, adventurous Sagittarius. So if today we feel like blowing off some steam or have the need to overindulge our selfs and let our hair down   today is the day.

Life is an adventure today

With the Moon in Sagittarius and a Moon in Mars conjunction happening tonight our emotions can be hot and fiery today.  It’s important to not take any hasty  action or to be instanly over reactive because it could cost you right now. Today having fun and light-hearted healthy outlets is the key.

Jupiter enters Virgo today so over the next week is good for making adjustments as we lead into the Full Moon. Jupiter is the planet of good luck and fortune, but is also the ruler of over indulging and loves excess.  So remember being adventurous and carefree is one thing but being reckless is another…

Quarter Moon energy can make us feel compelled to take action. So whatever New Moon wishes we made last week should be off the ground, get your list out re read them and see what intentions you can take action on.

So today, Have a laugh, be playful, dont over react and go with the flow

Mercury in Virgo trines retrograde Pluto in Capricorn

QUARTER MOON IN SCORPIO

Arh with both these planets in earth signs  today we will find ourselves going beyond the norm to find the hidden esoteric or psychological truth.  Today’s planetary influences give us the courage  for deep  communication, we will want to  get to the root or source of matters.

~But lets talk about Mercury and the next two months to come~

Today is an interesting day… First we see Mercury  at 14 degrees in the sign of Virgo, making a positive aspect to Pluto.  Now this it is worth noting that Mercury retrograde back to 14 degrees in the sign of Virgo before it goes back in direct motion in third week in September. Mercury will also be stationed at the same 14 degree when it goes back, there is something significant in this if you ask me..

So what does this mean for us? Well as we know Mercury is the planet that rules our mental thoughts, ideas, messages and communication. Pluto is the planet of power, death and rebirth, regeneration, transformation. So there is something amazing about this aspect, something empowering… this energy empowers your mind, the way you think, empowering new ideas. Paying attention to the small details that will help you move forward on your path…

We need to remember this is a mental energy, so whatever ideas and thoughts we come up with today ,when mercury is connected with Pluto we will be reworking them. Focus on the details. This influence will make us feel empowered to complete our new bright ideas and thoughts.  We will move forward and once Mercury goes back in direct motion in that same degree you will see a drive to successfully complete those new ideas, situations and new opportunities you have been creating for yourself.

Now remember gang we are talking about Mercury’s influence so look out for any new communications you may start this week with someone  of influence, someone positive, someone powerful that you may regard as a wholesome teacher. These conversations and communication interactions you have may  come back around and make a full circle once mercury comes out of retrograde in September.

Today and over the next week pay attention to what is said and what is heard,  as it can give you insight into what is going to surface and  be part of your personal journey during Mercury retrograde .

Tuesday August 9th 

We are in the last of the Cresent Moon phase as the Moon leaves Libra and enters Scorpio today. Scorpio’s energy is all about things taboo and secret, getting to the bottom of matters in a provocative but  quiet way. Scorpio’s Moon can influence us to be more  passionate, strong-willed, and some what intense and a tad obsessive.

The Moon’s trine to Neptune this afternoon promotes creativity and intuitive insight and this Moon can be very healing if you work with its energies.

Mercury conjoins the north node in Virgo today, this will align our intellect and conscious mind. Today we must pay attention to important details you hear and say, along with any new people you connect with today especially if the raise your vibration or are aligned with your soul purpose say a mentor or guru!

Venus is in Virgo sextiles Juno in Scorpio early this morning which for us means it is a lovely aspect for getting aligned in our relationships with others and with ourselves. We can be confident and clear on what we Do want and what we DON’T want in any relationships in our lives, giving us the energy to find balance.

This week and over the next month will be  bringing major evolutionary energies into our lives. So it is a must for us to stay open to growth and keep moving in new directions!

Take a moment to go back to the wish lists you made at the time of the New Moon,Visualize them, Read them out loud and Think about them already in your life.

 Monday August 8th

Today we see the Crescent Moon in Libra  before it changing signs and enters Scorpio (an opposition to Uranus) on Tuesday, August 9th, at 12:52 AM EDT.

With the Moon in charming Libra all day, we will find the most satisfaction with our interactions. We are easygoing today, and also inclined to go along with people in order to keep the peace, after all Libras are all about balance!

Mercury is in the sign of Virgo today.  Mercury is the planet of communication and our thought process and Virgos are all about the small details so today pay attention to information, ideas, insights and communication that come in right now.

Today some of us will have aha moments that shed Light on your life, souls life purpose, experiences and personal path of growth and evolution.

Venus in Virgo trines Ceres (the asteroid goddess and Great Mother) in Taurus at 1:33pm, This is a great aspect for getting clear on what we want and what we value in regards to love, beauty, money and what our souls purpose is. Virgo is a sign focused on being of service, hard work, analytical, practicality and healing.Virgos are always paying attention to smallest details. Ceres in Taurus trine energy will give us the support we need to focus on the safety,security  and physical nourishment aspect of our lives.

Today i also want to talk about how today is a lucky day, 8/8/16 .Number 8 is Universal Spiritual Law of Cause and Effect its infinite. Number 8 resonates with the influences and vibrations of  personal power, self-confidence, wisdom, enlightenment, inner-strength, success, money, finances, and manifesting wealth and abundance.

Today  we should all try to incorporate  things that support these energies.

It’s still New Moon wishing time

 The Moon is still in the New Moon phase. So what did you  wish for?

Moon continued its transit of Leo until 3:34 AM EDT when it enters Virgo.The Moon squares with mars in today’s early morning hours and then conjoin’s with mercury/ squares Saturn whilst opposes Neptune in the mid afternoon to late evening. This can mean we are still figuring out what is reality and what is illusion! Be willing to look inside yourself and question things, are they really what they seem? Be a warrior for truth and see reality for what it is right now even if it means evaluating yourself,others and the world around you.

 

The Virgo Moon is  very practical and helpful. This earth sign mood is geared towards productivity, clearing, refining, purging, detoxing and organising. Virgo influences us to launch into self-improvement on a physical and soul level. Use this moon phase to be productive and focus on the details ,adjusting minor tweaks here and there. Virgo’s are very good at  being analytical, critical, and technical.
