In the early hours of this mornings, this opposition of Mercury to Jupiter means that we must pay attention to what should and shouldn’t be said or what should and shouldn’t be openly expressed. Once the day is in full swing that won’t be a problem but just remember we could have a case of foot in mouth and be left saying what you didn’t mean to say.

The Moon remains in Virgo, once again we are left to focus on our health, work, organisation and fine tuning our daily routines and provides us with a smooth, effective day.

The Sun in Gemini trines mars in Aquarius. This tine aspect forming between the talkative and witty Gemini Sun to assertive and masculine Mars in Aquarius means that our ability to creatively use our mind along with our communication skills is powerful. Today we have a New Moon in Taurus. This New Moon is highly significant as it shares the same day we see Uranus enter Taurus. We can expect some power shifts happening, so its best not to underestimate its abilities to wake and shake up some new expected energies and change in your life. This has the ability to also move your life in a new direction and this is to do with Uranus the planet of disruption, change, and revolution mixing in with New Moon Luna energy of new beginnings and manifestation.

With all this Taurus energy entering into our lives, it’s a great time to look at your natal chart to see what house in your chart holds Taurus? The Moon enters Capricorn.

The Moon enters Capricorn and remains there all day. Today will hum along perfectly fine as long as we keep our mind on the long-term prize and our focus remains on our more serious ambitions and responsibilities.Capricorn is about integrity, commitment and maturity. Capricorn is a straight forward, and no silly business sign, so this is not a day for frivolousness. The Moon remains with us through this determined, dedicated and levelheaded sign all day today and Saturday.

A Spring clean is in order this weekend. This includes home, the shed, documents, the car, the office and if you are like me the laundry room and my handbag need some serious organisation and TLC. If you are in the southern hemisphere its a great time to de- clutter, put away the summer clothes and get those snugly blankets out ready for the colder nights.

Priorities will shift and our sense of responsibility is stronger than usual. We are realistic and we will crave more structure and order in our lives. Capricorn isn’t much for engaging in mushy romance or playful fun, unless everything that needs to be done has been completed.

As we wake up today it’s important to note that this is a time of powerful change. Mars cojoins Retrograde Pluto at 21’17 Capricorn. This placement will align our lower will and Higher Will in powerful and irreversible ways! A new cycle begins involving force, intensity and power. Now that Mars is joining Pluto in the grounded sign of Capricorn, our desire for growth, ambition and strength will be strong. With two such big power play planets joining together expect some big energies and changes to occur. It’s a great time to ask yourself, what do you want and what do you believe in? It is time to take a stand, to use your personal power for the causes that you truly passionately believe in.
