The Sun in Gemini semisextiles Uranus in Taurus. This harmonious alignment our ego and conscious self and the great rebel and wake up and shaker of the universe. The  Sun and Uranus energy is great for those who are seeking and wanting to embracing change. For those who want to start a fresh or start new things. It is about opening our eyes, our minds, giving us new insight and  “aha moments” to situations that we have previously been stuck on. The information being downloaded and coming in for us can be game changing. Stay open and have fun in the process!

The Moon spends most of her day in the creative, fun-loving and playful Leo for the morning before entering Virgo by mid day. This mornings energy will be light-hearted, playful and excitable! We than see the Moon entering into Virgo later today, when the Moon is in Virgo its time to get organised! The Moon in Virgo is a great for getting things done, to be busy getting organised so before you leave work, get your paper work done, organise your desk, declutter! This also applies to your home life and  if you want to get your health into shape this energy is great for that!

Today offers us a more stable day as you find your feet more firmly on the ground with Mercury the planet that rules over  thoughts and communication forming a supportive trine aspect to grounded Saturn. Mercury/Saturn is great for having serious conversations, focused thinking, researching and getting real. This earthly grounded energy leaves us with a great insight to the practical side of life, such as work, organisation, learning and any activity that requires critical thinking. Good Morning, well much has occurred before you even wake up today morning. Mars has left grounded Capricorn behind where it has over the past weeks been pushing us to focus our attention on a serious agenda of work and ambition. Mars has now entered into Aquarius where he will remain until mid-November this year. When Mars is in Aquarius the energy is less predictable. Your own interests, motivation and energy level will be the same. Expect to find yourself focused either your own achievements or alternately you may be more interested in group dynamics. Mars in Aquarius is great for detaching yourself from your emotions, especially ones such as anger when in difficult situations.

Mars is the planet of action and direction and its known for its ability to provoke anger, and war. Uranus is the planet of defiance, its unpredictable, unexpected, its energy is one of innovation and revolution.During this transit, choose to find the excitement, love the unexpected, reach for inspiration, and seek unusual change. Today we have a New Moon in Taurus. This New Moon is highly significant as it shares the same day we see Uranus enter Taurus. We can expect some power shifts happening, so its best not to underestimate its abilities to wake and shake up some new expected energies and change in your life. This has the ability to also move your life in a new direction and this is to do with Uranus the planet of disruption, change, and revolution mixing in with New Moon Luna energy of new beginnings and manifestation.

With all this Taurus energy entering into our lives, it’s a great time to look at your natal chart to see what house in your chart holds Taurus? This will be the area of your life that is being highlighted for you and is demanding change. Allow yourself to be moved, address any issues and don’t try to avoid the profound shifts that will inevitably be in the making in the coming months.

The New Moon is at 24’36 Taurus. This commences a new lunar cycle. Alternately, Over the next 7 years it will be a great time for us to  let go of what we hold onto out of safety and security that does not serve us in order to make room for our new-found abundance and wealth. let go over the power that money may hold over you, and power plays in regards to addiction, spending, food, alcohol and let go of the thought that you need material objects to make you happy and secure.

Maintaining stability in the face of the all these big shifts that Uranus is bringing is key, Lucky for us Taurus is very grounded but it is also very stubborn, which means it also has a problem with resisting change as it seeks security and a safety net. So please, become more aware of what makes us feel comfortable and secure, just so you can use that grounding and confidence to make changes in other areas of your life that may not feel so stable and that could really use some change. It’s a time to become more aware of what makes us feel comfortable and secure and use its as a starting point for succesful change!

Even as Uranus is pushing for something shockingly new. It’s a beautiful time to commit to your personal goals and dreams, especially those that express the positive energies of the sign of the mighty Bull. With everything that is going on cosmically, don’t forget to enjoy this time. It’s a time to enjoy life’s physical and simple pleasures! Make a romantic dinner with loved ones, go on a romantic holiday with a partner, enjoy a good book, savor good food, get out and ground yourself in nature and enjoy those activities that bring you back in touch with nature.

Happy Monday, okay head’s up! we have some more intense astrology. Wow this is going to be an important week for us, there is a lot of change going about the planet!! So day by day ill give you a run down on what energies to expect for the day and how it will impact us down here on earth.

Today, we have the Moon in Taurus. The Moon represents sensitivity and it reflects this sensitivity in who you are and how you feel, in Taurus this makes you feel practical, grounded and you will have a deep connection with the earth and feel that changes are very possible.The Moon will form many aspects to big player planets today, so do not be surprised if you are effected on more than one level today!

The Taurus Moon trines Saturn in Capricorn. This will create friction and tension between our conscious self and the Lord of Karma. Saturn is about structure and in Capricorn this energy is applied to hard work and working towards structure! Add to the mix another earth sign of Taurus and I can assure you, you will really feel like its down to you to put in the hard work this week to create whatever it is you are working towards for your bigger picture. Nothing ever came to you by sitting at home avoiding responsibility and change! Use this grounded earth energy to see yourself free and embrace change! Saturn in Capricorn demands that we be responsible, work hard, deal with reality, and set healthy limits while the Sun in Taurus wants pleasure, beauty, perfection and abundance! The Moon sextiles Saturn.

Venus in Gemini quincunxes retrograde Jupiter in Scorpio.

Late last night, the Moon left quirky Aquarius behind and slipped into the dreamy, imaginative sensitivity of Pisces. This Pisces Moon will form a harmonious and supportive sextile aspect to Saturn.

When the Moon is in Pisces, it is not too difficult to get carried away into elusive and  fancies. being in a dream like state lost in the whimsy magic of life is very possible today. Pisces Moon days are not the best for making sound decisions, its more a day to get lost in imagination , music or lost in a book or a movie. Lucky for us Saturn will help us keep our feet on the ground and not get swept into the unrealistic, daydreams of  our Pisces imagination.

Venus in Gemini quincunxes retrograde Jupiter in Scorpio. This unfortunately may cause some tension between our lower heart and the higher heart. This aspect can make us feel restless as Venus in Gemini likes to be light-hearted , flirty and carefree while Jupiter in Scorpio wants passion, intimacy and  intensity. finding a balance may be the biggest issue for today! alternatively this is a great aspect for indulgence and enjoyment of life!

The Moon enters Capricorn.

The Moon enters Capricorn and remains there all day. Today will hum along perfectly fine as long as we keep our mind on the long-term prize and our focus remains on our more serious ambitions and responsibilities.Capricorn is about integrity, commitment and maturity. Capricorn is a straight forward, and no silly business sign, so this is not a day for frivolousness. The Moon remains with us through this determined, dedicated and levelheaded sign all day today and Saturday.

A Spring clean is in order this weekend. This includes home, the shed, documents, the car, the office and if you are like me the laundry room and my handbag need some serious organisation and TLC.  If you are in the southern hemisphere its a great time to de- clutter, put away the summer clothes and get those snugly blankets out ready for the colder nights.

Priorities will shift and our sense of responsibility is stronger than usual. We are realistic and we will crave more structure and order in our lives. Capricorn isn’t much for engaging in mushy romance or playful fun, unless everything that needs to be done has been completed.

The Moon enters Libra.

The intensity of  Mars and Pluto that began yesterday remains hovering around us as we move into the weekend. It seems apparent that its effecting everyone, have you watched the news and politics of late? Don’t forget the lesson it is teaching us, if we put in the hard work, believe I our self we can achieve anything. Find your voice, find your cause, even the smallest efforts make a difference.

The Moon is in Libra today, harmony and balance is the name of the game. Libra rule’s over our relationships, so today make a point of listening to the other side of the story or point of view of others today! Do not assume that you are right and others are wrong. Sharing realities, be open to others opinions or simply have a conversation with someone who sees the world in a different way to you. Today is also a great time to focus on romance and love! Do you need to make your move on someone you have your eye  on? But, let me not forget to mention it is also a great day to work on a strengthening business and other personal relationships.

As we wake up today it’s important to note that this is a time of powerful change. Mars cojoins Retrograde Pluto at 21’17 Capricorn. This placement will align our lower will and Higher Will in powerful and irreversible ways! A new cycle begins involving force, intensity and power. Now that Mars is joining Pluto in the grounded sign of Capricorn, our desire for growth, ambition and strength will be strong. With two such big power play planets joining together expect some big energies and changes to occur. It’s a great time to ask yourself, what do you want and what do you believe in? It is time to take a stand, to use your personal power for the causes that you truly passionately believe in.
