The Moon is in Aquarius.

The Taurus Sun opposes retrograde Jupiter in Scorpio.

Today we see the steadfast Taurus Sun opposing retrograde Jupiter in Scorpio. This will create some tension or an opposition between the planet of expansion and abundance and our conscious self. This opposition to Jupiter today has both an yin and yang effect on us.  Taurus and Scorpio love indulging and being sensual so on one hand it is a great day for being social, eating, exploring, having fun and enjoying life. However we must  be aware of overindulgence, going over the top and excess as Jupiter does not like limitations of any kind. The key for today is to enjoy life but don’t overdo it.

 

 

The Moon spends most of the day in progressive Aquarius, when it will later move into dreamy Pisces. On Aquarius Moon days we can find yourself becoming very detached and withdrawn from worry and expectations. Our thoughts and feeling are objective and we are able to set our own pace for the day. Originality and a cosmic push towards our life path are more visible today as you come to realize that your own path forward is not done alone and you must push forward on this journey, and those who follow along are a bonus.

The Moon enters Capricorn.

The Moon enters Capricorn and remains there all day. Today will hum along perfectly fine as long as we keep our mind on the long-term prize and our focus remains on our more serious ambitions and responsibilities.Capricorn is about integrity, commitment and maturity. Capricorn is a straight forward, and no silly business sign, so this is not a day for frivolousness. The Moon remains with us through this determined, dedicated and levelheaded sign all day today and Saturday.

A Spring clean is in order this weekend. This includes home, the shed, documents, the car, the office and if you are like me the laundry room and my handbag need some serious organisation and TLC.  If you are in the southern hemisphere its a great time to de- clutter, put away the summer clothes and get those snugly blankets out ready for the colder nights.

Priorities will shift and our sense of responsibility is stronger than usual. We are realistic and we will crave more structure and order in our lives. Capricorn isn’t much for engaging in mushy romance or playful fun, unless everything that needs to be done has been completed.

The Moon is in Sagittarius.

The Sagittarius Moon forms an aspect to Uranus.

Please do enjoy the calmer and quiet day as remains with us today before we enter a more serious weekend . The Moon is in Sadge and we continue to seek out new, excitable, adventurous and more meaningful experiences. The optimistic, freedom seeking Sagittarius Moon forms an exciting trine aspect to inspirational and unpredictable Uranus. Expect the unexpected in a good way! This continues the theme of yesterday of seeking growth, independence, going against your normal way of thinking and doing and philosophical understanding. Plan a trip to a place that will widen your view and understanding of the world. Later tonight the Moon enters responsible by the book and hard-working Capricorn.

After all the intensity of the Full Moon in Scorpio, some of us can fall into an energy slump. If things didn’t work out well for you, or you still seem lost or stuck on the next step forward you may want to relax a little during this part of the cycle and just let the answers come to you!

As the Moon continues through idealistic, adventurous Sagittarius, allowing us to continue to expand our philosophical understanding and worldview. The Sagittarius Moon opposes Venus is Gemini and forms a flowing trine to Mercury in Aries. Today brings another day of building excitement  holiday mode energy or anxiety in the background while the sense of waiting or pondering lays quietly in the background. We have the urge to explore uncharted territory, go for adventures, really enjoy life and to broaden your horizons, to learn about cultures. Today go out and  find a new activity, discover a new coffee shop, dream or book a holiday. It’s about really look beyond your normal daily activities and give something or someone new a go. Today also be aware that you may find love in very unexpected places. It’s a personal fulfillment day, treat yourself, have fun and reigniting your passion. It’s really about self-love, and I can tell you that you will regain the rewards when you focus your time on doing what you love.

Pay attention to the people you encounter and the information that we feed into our mind. Is it quality ? will it help us grow? Underestimate the importance of what we absorb through all forms of media and people the we allow to impact our thinking and views.

The Moon enters Libra.

The intensity of  Mars and Pluto that began yesterday remains hovering around us as we move into the weekend. It seems apparent that its effecting everyone, have you watched the news and politics of late? Don’t forget the lesson it is teaching us, if we put in the hard work, believe I our self we can achieve anything. Find your voice, find your cause, even the smallest efforts make a difference.

The Moon is in Libra today, harmony and balance is the name of the game. Libra rule’s over our relationships, so today make a point of listening to the other side of the story or point of view of others today! Do not assume that you are right and others are wrong. Sharing realities, be open to others opinions or simply have a conversation with someone who sees the world in a different way to you. Today is also a great time to focus on romance and love! Do you need to make your move on someone you have your eye  on? But, let me not forget to mention it is also a great day to work on a strengthening business and other personal relationships.

As we wake up today it’s important to note that this is a time of powerful change. Mars cojoins Retrograde Pluto at 21’17 Capricorn. This placement will align our lower will and Higher Will in powerful and irreversible ways! A new cycle begins involving force, intensity and power. Now that Mars is joining Pluto in the grounded sign of Capricorn, our desire for growth, ambition and strength will be strong. With two such big power play planets joining together expect some big energies and changes to occur. It’s a great time to ask yourself, what do you want and what do you believe in? It is time to take a stand, to use your personal power for the causes that you truly passionately believe in.

Major turning points are very possible right now.

Today sees a meeting – that has been coming for some time – between Mars and Pluto. That could easily translate as energies building and getting rather freaking intense, to be perfectly frank. The Moon moves through its home sign of Cancer, creating an urge in us for a sense of belonging, deep love and affection. As the Moon settles into this nurturing tender sign, we find we are domestic and want to be around people we love and enjoying the finer things such as a good book, cooking a meal or satisfying our emotional needs with wine, food or a good laugh with friends. Today, cuddle with your pet,  and cook for someone you love or just simple call an old friend up for a catch up.

The Sun enters Taurus.

Venus in Taurus sesquiquadrates  Retrograde Saturn in Capricorn.

As the Sun moves through the zodiac, we enter into a more ground and stable energy as the Sun leaves assertive, dynamic Aries and  enters stable, grounded Taurus. The energy will shift from fire to earth and from action to patience. The Taurus Sun seeks safety, stability, reliability and structure. Taurus values loyalty and it has a fine love for the love of beauty and precious possessions. It is also the most sensual sign of the zodiac. We get a chance to slow down and smell the roses. We are now at an even better time to go inwards and pay attention to our bodies, our needs and comforts. However the shadow side of Taurus is that we can get to self-absorbed and over indulgent on the finer things in life. Watch out for being to resistant to change and being stubborn and lazy.
