First quarter Moon moves in Taurus.

The Taurus Moon trines Saturn in Capricorn and squares Venus and the Sun  in Aquarius.

We see the first quarter Moon moving into Taurus. The Moon in Taurus is making us get into the real world, its pushing us to become more serious and lay practical foundations that will see you through the long-term. Taurus energy is grounded, placid and earthy. Its rigid and it all about security. Its pushes us to seek comfort and security in our world. However, the Moon and Taurus go hand in hand, and the both connect on a food level, and love to over indulge in the finer things in life such as naughty treats, alcohol and everything you know you love but should only have in moderation! When the Moon is in Taurus we also tend to become a tad lazy, loving to lounge around which is great if you have the option. If not treat yourself to a massage, take yourself to the movies or a late lunch with friends as Taurus motto is ” Why Rush”  and has an easygoing and laid back feel to the day.

The Taurus Moon than forms a trine to Saturn in Capricorn (More earth energy) and squares Venus and the Sun in Aquarius ( Air energy). We have a good balance of energies going on today. Between the earthy energy, which is about being practical, working hard and security and Air energy, that is all about ideas, communication, inspiration and insight. By using your ideas along with your technical expertise to make changes in your practical life, will come more naturally and easier today.  Such as finding a new job, making new friends, reaching out and making practical social connections. It’s a great day to use your intellect and your practicality to use, you will be amazed on how far you will go. Think large and see things on a bigger scale.

The Sun is in Aquarius.

The Moon is in Aires.

The Moon in Aires squares Mercury in Capricorn.

Sun in Aquarius semisextiles Saturn in Capricorn.

What a powerful day, as you awake today if you can get up early and go outside and admire the sky before the Sun rises. Between 5:50 am and 6:50 am EST, Saturn, Mercury and Pluto will be seen rising in the east.

The Moon spends the day in assertive, and spontaneous Aries. This Aries Moon stimulates our drive and will to really go out and achieve something great! We are energised and our desires to initiate and start new adventures, projects and goals come first.

The Moon in Aires squares Mercury in Capricorn. Mercury being the planet that rules over the way we think and communicate is now rubbing the Moon’s energy the wrong way and causing friction between both planets. The Aires Moon energy is about busting down obstacles and riding forward no matter the cost. Mercury in Capricorn is all about practicality and thinking sensible, its measured and very consistent. Today, Mercury is sparking with the Aires Moon. Mercury is all about Aires slowing down. Its making us see our plans through properly,  going about things stoic and methodically and having a very grounded approach to any issues that arise now.

Sun in Aquarius semisextiles Saturn in Capricorn. Our ego aligning with the Master planet of lessons and Karma, should see for an interesting day. If we ever needed a reality check and grounding, than today provides us with just that! We will find that we become accountable and responsible for our actions especially in social settings. Staying open and grounded is the key today, learning to be still in chaos is the only way to learn and grow with the energy of today.

Consider all the power play planets in the sky today interacting? I am sure this month has been one of great change in your life, very grounding and setting the wheels into motion in regards to your self growth and what you want to manifest in your life for 2018. The Crescent Moon moves into Aires.

This Aires Moon forms a harmonious connection with the Sun and Venus in Aquarius.

Happy Monday! This week we can expect a real mix up daily of the energies.

The Crescent Moon moves into Aires. We shift from dreamy and illusion to action orientated and serious. What a great way to start the week off as we see the Moon moving through the first sign of the zodiac and we are at the beginning of a new lunar cycle. Seeing that the Moon moves every day or so this week into the first three signs of the zodiac (Aires, Taurus and Gemini).  The energy is all tied in together, in regards to us, our energy and our intentions moving forward and especially in regards to starting projects, goals and plans a fresh. The first three houses are associated with progression. The first house is related to our self and our coming into the world. The second house is about coming to terms with the real world and the third house is about communication and making what is yours.. well yours!!! By putting as personal stamp onto everything you do.

These kinds of energy are very detailed and it requires us to be open, to learn, to accept, to communicate and to come to terms with whats happening, resisting change is the only thing that is stopping us growing and evolving as a soul. You can achieve major change if you put your back into it. Lucky the Moon in Aries is giving us a much-needed energy boost, we feel more active, energised and spontaneous. We can find that we are naturally and instinctively have an urge to start a fresh and start putting our 2018 plans into action!

With Venus and the Sun added to the mix, it means that we are gong to find happiness, love and joy from interacting with other people in social situations. Mars in Scorpio trines Chiron in Pisces.

The Aquarius Moon squares Jupiter in Scorpio.

Now that both Venus and the Moon are now in rebellious Aquarius, it couldn’t be more of a perfect time to take a moment to consider the areas of life where you are resistant to the pressures of the traditional ways of social construct. Aquarius loves to defy the social norm and think cleverly outside the box. Aquarius now being in Venus makes it a great time to create a new way of  handling, working with and thinking in regards to your values, money and relationships.

Mars in Scorpio trines Chiron in Pisces. This is where the energy of the week changes. Mars being the male energy that drives our will and desires,sitting in the water sign of Scorpio, that is ruled by Pluto the transformation planet. Scorpio is wonderful sign, it’s very capable of identifying emotional truths and looking at these truths without fear and to transform them for the better. Now, Chiron on the other hand is a planetoid that represents the wounded healer Its the part of us that needs transformation so we can rise from the ashes. Mars in Scorpio with its strong ability now to really feel things and Chiron being in the water sign of Pisces means that we will be affected emotionally on some level today. There’s a deep intuitive, emotional and psychic energy present. Today is going to be a great day for deepening our awareness, transforming old beliefs about our self and is wonderful  energy for healing.

The Moon is still in Aquarius, that means our higher thinking and creative innovation will be high today. The Aquarius Moon squares Jupiter in Scorpio. More water energy to add into the mix today. Jupiter being the lucky planet connected with this Aquarius Moon is all about good luck and abundance coming your way from the people around you today and by your feelings. There is a potential today for someone or some issue from your past to appear or arise! In order for you to heal these past hurts and old wounds, we must remember we need to feel these old wounds before we can heal them. Lucky we have the added strength of Mars to help us become and feel fearless if such wounds arise today!

With the Moon still in Aquarius, take the time to truly listen to those who think differently than you do. You may feel uncomfortable at first but take the time to try to understand the view points. Aquarius energy really allows us to focus on the importance of your task ahead, even when things get tough and the world seems to be against you, you are able to set your emotions aside and get on with things!

The Moon The Moon moves from Capricorn into Aquarius.

Venus moves into Aquarius.

Today as, the Moon and Venus enter Aquarius, lightning up our mood and bringing us out of the dark and seriousness of the past few days as we have been entering a significant growth cycle.

Venus moves into Aquarius and will continue to transit the sign until February 10th. The energy lightens up as we moves from serious earthy Capricorn into an Air sign that rules our mental realm. Aquarius energy is all about freedom and self-expression. Aquarius is about seeking, poking, prodding, being curious, thinking differently and outside the box. Aquarius loves being light, flirtatious, playful and very determined to figure out how to make you smile and support you on a very personal level in the most usual way.

As Venus enters Aquarius don’t be surprised that your relationships and friendships get a much-needed light-hearted boost. You may find that your social stamina grows, and that you may be attracted to, as well as extend your friendship, business and loving relationships to an eclectic mix of people. You seek to be an individual and be completely independent in your relationships. During this transit you may feel you need more space to breath and to be your true authenticate self. Aquarius is faithful, much like Capricorn, but it is on their terms. Meaning if you can’t find the room to creatively express yourself and find acceptance, you may see tension and unwanted friction arising in all your relationships. However, it’s really important on your individual quest to remember that Aquarius is all about being friends as well as lovers, and that we need to remember to treat love interest, working relationships, or your partner with respect, as well as the same freedom that you crave. Its important not to become selfish or self-absorbed in your own endeavors.

The New Moon remains in Capricorn until early this morning when it moves into Aquarius. The Capricorn New Moon suggested to us that we plant a seed of maturity, goal orientated intentions, growth and gave us reality checks through hard work and stability. As the Moon moves in Aquarius, it’s important that we find like-minded people, whose mind is as quirky as yours, as well as people who don’t mind the quirkiness and far out ways of thinking. We will search for intellectual, stimulating conversations with unusual groups of people today especially those that won’t judge your far-out ways. Aquarius energy is innovative and we may come up with unusual solutions to long-range issues especially regarding issues on a humanitarian level. A great question to ask yourself today is..  How can you help?

Don’t be surprised with this shift to Aquarius energy (remembering it rules our mental aspect) that ideas will manifest, the brain fog lifts, interest in new developments will grow and we become very quick-witted and creative in our communication and dealings with others. The Moon leaves Scorpio and enters Sagittarius.

Mercury cojoins Saturn in Capricorn.

By the time you begin the day, the Moon has moved away from being deeply emotional and dark to an idealistic, freedom-seeking energy of Sagittarius. Adventures,an attitude change and an energy boost as we aim high today. Sagittarius is an optimistic sign, you may feel the need for autonomy, seeking physical and emotional space. The need for fun and adventure is a high priority today as you feel the need to explore the world around you.

Although the day is likely to be relatively upbeat, by lunch time, you may feel Mercury’s connection to Saturn looming. Mercury cojoins with Saturn in Capricorn. This will be the final of 3 Mercury/Saturn conjunction. We seen the first two meetings between these two last year when Saturn was in Sadge, and then we had Mercury retrograde which this aspect caught a ride on the back-end of its retrograde journey.   This Mercury/Saturn conjunction is great for getting focused, becoming mature, getting our feet solidly on the ground, becoming more serious and mastering your self in the way you communicate and think. Something new is being seeded and new energies are incoming.

Mercury in serious Capricorn conjunts Saturn in Capricorn, who is also very serious. Saturn will be in Capricorn until 2020. Saturn in Capricorn energy is very straight forward, if you want something you are going to have to work hard towards getting it. It’s about taking responsibility and owning up to your actions or how you act in and present yourself in situation that comes your way. If you want something in life you need to work for it, be responsible and stick to what is expected of you. Saturn is all about karmic lessons and when it’s in Capricorn its making us step up and own our life!

The Moon in Sagittarius squares Neptune in Pisces. Neptune being the planet that is linked with our dreams and imagination, intuition, and Sagittarius is the sign of being upbeat, energetic and an adventures energy. So this energy will hep counteract the seriousness of Mercury/Saturn today and lighten the energy.

Today we are very self-aware,  indeed many may be to serious at the moment, contemplating over issues, but try not to fall into the trap of pessimistic thinking. The lighter side of the energies today means maybe we have come to realize that we have been taking life way to serious as of late, and you may stop and have a good laugh at how rigid and stern you have become. lighten up today and remember to have a laugh. You may even realize how crazy the expectations you have given yourself and others and you lighten up and ground yourself into a more balanced way of life!

I mentioned yesterday where did Capricorn falls your natal charts, This is major as all year-long in 2018 there is a massive focus on the Capricorn part of the sky, so where Capricorn is in your chart it can bring in some important awareness and useful insights around what path of mastery, evolution and responsibility is being asked of us this year.  Pay attention!

Mercury moves into Capricorn

The Scorpio Moon forms a flowing trine aspect to  Neptune.

The Moon is in Scorpio again today, and it asks us to delve emotionally deep into our self and our connection to others. Today, don’t be surprised if you find yourself inclined to search for hidden layers of situations and by others around you. As we can attempt to understand on a deeper level, we are also fascinated by what drives others, we are also drawn to experiences that evoke these curiosities, all that is secret and taboo.

Mercury moves into Capricorn today where it will remain until January 31st. Mercury rules over the element of communication, our thought structure, travel, official documentation and technology. Mercury in Capricorn is all about producing information, not as much as absorbing it! The mood and the way we think is serous, much along the lines of is this practical? Is this worth the time? Is this beneficial? Do you have the time and money to commit? Communication and the way we think will become very serious, Capricorn cuts out the wishy-washy and gets down to business. Mercury in Capricorn is great for being focused, grounded, overly cautious, traditional, rigid in our thinking and practical. It will also allow us to master the way we think and speak to others. Its shifting from being in spontaneous Sagittarius to earthy Capricorn, from free-spirited to the physical body.

However, the shadow side of Mercury in Capricorn is we become to serious, over-cautious and shut off from the magic that is  hidden in plain sight, around us all the time! The Moon moves into Scorpio.

We see an exact Conjunction between the Sun in Capricorn, Venus in Capricorn and Pluto in Capricorn.

The significant conjunction between the Sun, Venus, and Pluto all in Capricorn in the early hours this morning. So the Sun, Pluto and Venus are lending each other its energy. Venus in Capricorn loves to take practical action! It loves to put plans into action, it’s very action orientated. Venus is all about being spontaneous and let’s make it work, let’s make magic happen. This Sun/Venus conjunction brings a powerful development to our self,  how we love and with Pluto in the mix how we transform and heal. These conjunctions will bring about turning points for most of us and ‘Aha’ moments, especially in any of your important relationships, including your relationship with your self and others, in your business, work and projects. Many of our attitudes today will be along the lines of… if you really love something or someone, if you really enjoy doing something, if you really care about it and if you have the strength to make a change, than you REALLY can make BIG changes happen. Simply by just loving something enough will drive you to succeed and grow right now. This conjunction can also be amazing for deep transformation regarding money and your finances.

As I mentioned the Sun in Capricorn conjunct Pluto in Capricorn as well. The Sun being what represents our identity, is now hand in hand with the planet of transformation and healing. Today you fill find that your identity is transforming. Everything is debatable, the energy is all up in the air! You will find yourself asking .. Do I really love where I work, where I live, what I do, what I represent, how I feel in regards to certain topics, issue, your diet etc..

The Moon lingers in harmonious, diplomatic Libra most of the day until mid day. The Moon than moves into Scorpio this afternoon. The Moon is now shifting the energy from balance and light-hearted to emotionally intense and secretive. The Moon in Scorpio is really intuitive, you become emotionally intelligent, it makes it easier for you to understand what others are going through and vice versa. The Scorpio Moon  makes it easier for us to understand others hidden agendas and emotions. Such as why am I really being yelled at to do the dishes? It’s not really about the dishes , it’s really about how the other person is feeling or lack of.. Understand what im saying gang? The Moon enters Virgo.

Mars in Scorpio semisquares Saturn in Capricorn.

Today begins with the Moon moving out of playful Leo and into diligent, organised Virgo. When the Moon is in Virgo we find our self focusing more on the finer details. We are serious, organised and very particular in the way we set out to get task done. However remember that the Virgo Moon can bring you face to face with the imperfections in life. Especially your inner imperfections and we can become very critical of our self and others. I say this often and i mean it. Be kind to yourself and others. Extend kindness to everyone you meet today,  It is more important now than you realize.

Mars and Jupiter both in the sign of Scorpio, are forming sextiles to one another tomorrow. This is wonderful aspect as we are about to head into a period of self growth and expansion, new ideas, new relationships business and romantic. It’s a real go getting attitude. We will really get into new projects and the spirit of things.

Mars in Scorpio semisquares Saturn in Capricorn. This is going to cause some friction and intense energy between the planet that drives our will and desire and the planet of Karma and the Master teacher.  Both of these willful and over focused signs being in an intense aspect could mean that our ego’s may need to kept in check. We may feel the need to become dominating and controlling of situations, but this is not the approach we should have today. Saturn is about lessons, so remember when we make decisions and actions out of fear we are not steeping into our power. The key is to take action from a place of love and balance.

 The Sun in Capricorn sextiles Neptune in Pisces.

Uranus turns direct at 24° Aries

Happy Tuesday everyone! As we see the Capricorn Sun inch closer to powerful  transformational Pluto, we could start to feel the intensity of the year ahead. Today at some stage compassion and tolerance may not come easy with the Full Moon opposing Saturn, Venus and the Sun. The serious Capricorn Sun forms a sweet sextile aspect to Neptune early in the day. The Sun in Capricorn sextiles Neptune in Pisces. This aligns our conscious self and ego with the planet of dreams, mysticism and spirituality.  This Sun/Neptune alignment is going to leave us feeling dreamy, romantic mystical and all loved up! This will also allow the possibility of making contact with a mystical or imaginative side of yourself. Take time to turn within and unlock the hidden key of Spirit hidden within ourselves. Neptune and the Full Moon are really good for tapping into your intuition,so pay attention to your dreams they could be hinting at what is to come! It’s also great day to get creative!!!

Uranus turns direct at 24° Aries after being retrograde since August 3, 2017.Thus making the rebellious revolutionary and Great Awakener one of the most the most powerful planet in the sky along with this Super Full Moon! If you have planets between 22° and 24° Aries, you can expect excitement, unexpected news or upheaval. Over the past several months of Uranus retrograde, we have been faced and been experiencing a force within us to make change and self revolution within. However now that Uranus is stationing direct we can expect and experience some big shifts in our inner and outer world. This week watch out for sudden impulsive energy, we must remember that what is above is the same below and although yes we want change and to be free, our needs to be balanced, we need to find stability we need to ground our self. Emotions will be high, with a Cancer Full Moon AND Uranus stationing direct, this powerful shift occurring can results in sudden burst of anger, becoming impulsive, over reactive, aggressive, sadness , depression (in yourself, in others).
